Posted July 23, 20195 yr Hello Looking for my new hybrids, I found this on their website https://www.a-designgolf.com/a-grind-lilwood/ Concept seems not bad If someone could resume a bit this video , I looked at it and they seem happy with the club https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=YGmU5_Qv504 Stephane Edited July 23, 20195 yr by smstef
July 24, 20195 yr They basically combined the ease to launch characteristics of a fairway wood and the workability of a hybrid. rounded sole, shallow face like a fairway. Sole width is narrower like a hybrid so goes thru the turf easier. Also it uses a .335" tip Fubuki shaft for a fairway wood so it helps further with launch and provides better kick compared to a .350" or .370" tipped shaft. I think it would work well for those who struggle to launch their hybrids high enough.
