I have had a broken Proto and KZG sent out a replacement ASAP!! The only difference was the replacement did not say PROTOTYPE!!! :D Scott TTG

i've heard some stories bout certain club companies saying

'you're sh*t outta luck' because it wasn't a production hd.

i think cleveland was one of them...
