Its a magazine, probably the 3rd best golf magazine in Japan. Nice inside scoops. I will post some pics from the July Issue this week. Whats crazy is how long it takes to get to the U.S, that was one major ago..lol I could buy it from the convenience store and ship a month and a half faster than the mag shops take to get them. :-D

what is this?

i'm clueless

is it a video?

Its a magazine from Japan. Every year they do a summary of WITB of most of the masters players. The pages are split up into 4ths and each section has a head shot and a pic of the bag. There is also specs, but its all in japanese.

DM and I hit up the book store last Thursday. They had 10. DM bought 4 of them.... :surprize:

MONTHLY Golf Digest, Golf Today, Alba tross view (sp?) are great J mags among others. All of you on these boards would like them so much more than the 2 major US mags. They are so oriented to equipment vs the stories, etc here.

TSG--curious as to which you like in which order. I just get em at Book Off here and look at the pics! I can't read s--t but I'd buy those in a sec over Golf Digest and Golf Mag.

Oh yes their are better mags I suggest these for pics and info:

2004 Gakken Sports Mook Golf Catalog 11.00$

Golf Style 9.90$

Golf Gear Guide

also for the deep stuff i really enjoy the weekly golf mags, thats right 4 issues a month, lots of great little pics like in the recent issue Scotty CT with tungsten ingots done by scotty. PRGR type 405. There are 3 different weekly golf mag companies so its very easy to spend 130.00 a month if you want all the mags. Golf Today rocks in regards to inside scoops, thats if you can translate it.

Which one of those has the best pics?

I love golf classics, so if there is better please let me know.

They all have different purposes the club catalog is just that specs, pricing, pro's & cons and ratings for every club released that year. I love that, its always in my hand while I'm on the computer.

Then there is golf style that shows all the clubs and specs etc of all the JPGA men and women, I like their bags better because most of them still play what they want.

Golf Today has the great inside access first but by the time the mag hits the states its old news.

The special edition books are the best with high quality pictures.

The masters edition of golf classic has become very popular over the last 3 years.

The weekly issues have the least pics yet hold the tiny pics of the underground stuff like: XR05 Driving Iron, Scotty tungsten putter, and a ton of other special edition goodies. There is the designer in TM japan who takes care of the special edition JPN stuff the Cti, XR05, 04, rescue jpns, etc etc he is just cranking out all kinds of funky protos that are great. I'm thinking about dropping my R7 for a Cti and re shafting it.
