How do I distinguish the difference between a Taylor Made retail 300ti driver and a tour issue 300ti driver?

No serial numbers and .335 hosel instead of .350. hosel size in the retail.

Also, I don't think there is a dot over the i in Ti. But I believe the serial number in the givaway.
