I see the ERC ball was just released here in Japan and am curious if its in the states also?

I think it is coming out over here to replace the warbird ball. I may be wrong though.

What are the specs? High vs. low compression?

Not out in the states yet...checked my local golf shop and they said no.

I thought the ERC was the new HX tour Phil was playing. Pretty much the same as the HX tour, but more spin around the greens. I could be wrong though.

Phil is playing the HX Tour2, this time with the updated logos. There is a HX2 tour ball out there, but that is the HX proto ball, this one is completely different. I should be able top get some answer regarding the when the ERC ball will make its debut in Canada.

It's a ball maybe to look at, it's always fun to try new balls.

i liked the old callaway logo on the ball, the circle C thing, but now i hate this logo and it distracts me too much because its so friggin huge, probably the only reason keeping me from playing callaway hx blues
