  1. Trading definitely more fun! I’ve replied to pm. Sorry for delay.
  2. Onoff labospec cb 358. Bought from tourspec. Excellent condition. 5-pw. Standard loft and lie. Shafted with shinari i105 in S. Asking $400 also selling Jbeam zy-7. Bought from tourspec. Used a couple of times. Fubuki shaft. Asking $300
  3. first round with these this weekend. Looks: As has been discussed the top line is slightly thicker than I was expecting. But somehow the sharpness of lines, compact shape and how they sit at address felt and looked GOOD in real life. Love the finish and how they sit at address. They're a grower. Performance Genuinely shocked here. Picked up at least a club over my 302's. As mentioned above 7-pw are high launch and explode, 4-6 mid high and really GO. I'm going to say that again - these sticks SHIFT. Forgiveness: This was something I am unused to. Misses are more difficult to get feedback on. And not just at impact - misses I thought I'd be 20yds short were front edge. Think its fair to say in performance the good ones are better than anything else I've hit and the bad ones nowhere near as bad. Not sure what to make of it tbh - have always opted for playing with something that rewards my good ones and I'll take the punishment on my bad swings....seems there is an alternative. Feel: Have used epon for the last decade and this was my first (hesitant) venture away. For me these middled are more of the same but a touch more subtle. This will probably make no sense but here goes - If pureing a 302 is like biting into an apple - for me its like a granny smith. Pureing these is like biting into a golden delicious. Crisp but slightly less firm if that makes any sense. (can see why people struggle to explain this). Beautifully balanced. -ve would be its slightly harder to tell where you've missed. A trade off I guess. These were bought to use during the week where I work away from home - and play less serious golf. Turns out they've knocked the epon's out the bag and I will play (and still enjoy) playing the 302's in the week and when it comes to comps will bag the labospec. I hate that I'm so impressed with how far they go - I thought I'd outgrown that - but they sure do go, they feel awesome, and the biggest surprise is how forgiving these guys are.
  4. scratch that - just understood the pix above.. (hadnt read the comments carefully to notice what was being compared to what! Top line defo looks thicker than was anticipating but do like how sharp/precise the edges are....guess will have to wait and see).
  5. have a set on order.....and been pretty excited about it, but all this talk of thick top line reminds me of a time when a thief broke into my house at christmas, opened all the presents, then left empty handed because he didnt want any.... in order to manage my expectations - anyone have any idea how the top line compares to 302's/af tours?
  6. Probably be left with set of clubs the wrong way round to sell though....which why I'm not a finance director I guess.. :atsg_smilie_roll:
  7. yep. grew up with same notion that wedges the scoring clubs. why thought the following interesting (slightly off thread - bear with me) http://golf wrx/48333/the-blind-spot-of-pga-tour-players/?utm_source=Copy+of+Newsletter+11%2F8&utm_campaign=9-4&utm_medium=email Had 501's now have 302s. 302 from 6 up every time (for me). More finesse I guess. In light of that article and if it was me that had to bang a 3 or 4 iron to keep my card - well I'd prob go 502 (would even be tempted 702...and I love my af902). I actually LIKE the jump off the face in the long irons. Knowing the face is so hot quietens me down, and I dont tend to go after it. Thats just me though. At the price you've been offered, buy both, and mix them. Genuinely think the performance will allay your concerns as to bag symmetry.
  8. Serious? Havent heard anything but good about them - want to see them in person as everyone says much nicer in real life. And I dont mind how they look in the pix!! Seriously nice sticks. How'd they go vs the 301s?
  9. wow. terrible name, GREAT looking iron. ALMOST make the coppers look average. you game them over the epons? heard good things about the wedges also.
