So you want to Grind Wedges?

Recommended Posts

Thats right if you think you got the skills to be the next big wedge guru step up to the plate, :tsg_smilie_love:

To be honest its not that hard, anyone with a pair of safety glasses, gloves, and a grinding wheel can do this.

TSG now features Japan Industry Grade Raw Heads for sale. In this listing we are selling G3101 (JIS Code) which is very similar to 1025 but forged 4 times instead of 2 times making the grain structure more dense. This is done because harder wedges are known to provide more spin. The heads are all overweight some 40-100+ gram overweight vs a retail raw wedge, The grooves have been stamped, the leading edge and neck prepped for the grinder. So the pain in the butt work has already been done. All you need now are some creative grind ideas!

So have fun and try something new for a change, create your own custom Japanese forged wedge!

So cool. Could you PM prices to me, both for spin welded and one piece if both are available? Looking for a couple of 58° at least. Thanks!

We have about 300 more in stock.

If a customer wants they can buy and grind 50pcs then we can aid them with engraving and finishing.

we will not do this for individual wedges. It must be 50+
