  1. Oh boy. Welp, this is bought.
  2. Ya i agree, I hate alignment markings on drivers. Like really, that alignment marker is going to help me hit that target 300 yards away. Haha.

Have you played thee ZY-11 by chance? And how is the feel and spin/launch with this?
  4. Wow, interesting finds! Keep em coming.
  5. I would assume a higher lofted driver with a lower spinning and launching shaft would be more suited for a harder swing than a low lofted driver with a higher launching and spinning shaft but I don't know for sure.
  6. So, what do you think (or perhaps you know) is a better way to go? Higher lofted driver with lower launching and spinning shaft or lower lofted driver with higher spinning and launching shaft? Anyone know what differences we could expect to see? Is one more forgiving than the other? One suited for a particular type of swing or speed more than the other?
  7. I agree. Both the Whiteboard & Ahina are some the best performing shafts, especially for the money, that I've used.
  8. Even Fubuki has like 5 lineup variations!
  9. Awesome, they're my favorite overall shaft company but man they need to seriously figure it out when it comes to their product lines. What is their premium shaft now? The ___boards. The Tensei? The Kuro Kage? They have 3 shaft lines that they tout as their best and with all the same ball flight characteristics. Hell they still have Ahina and some of their shafts from 3 generations ago on their website. It's next to impossible to know what to go with.
  10. Total classy move, Chris. Thanks man!
  11. Gothic cheese ball Creed steroid gym douchebag artwork. Absolute crap.
  12. Tacky as hell.
  13. Curious about this club. The ZY-11 is indeed a great driver. Took me a while to come around on it but I've figured out how to hit it and it's long and low/low. I just hate the sound and feel. performance wise it's long and straight though. Curious how this new one compares to this and the Black.
  14. I've always felt Jbeam and Crazy drivers are the most neutral looking out there. Ryoma, Egg and some of the others look slightly closed to me.

Really? I have the Tourstage X-FW 12.5 and it's a good head, but I want something more forgiving. Hope this Ryoma fits the bill.
  16. No offense but you'll have more (the only) luck selling that horrid looking thing on golfwrx, dude.

Thanks for the heads up, I didn't know that. I decided on the Ryoma F2 - 13* fairway.

Are you guys talking about the 2016 PRGR Super EGG Spoon fairway or the 2015 New EGG Fairway? Is the 2016 Super EGG illegal? No love for Romaro? So I'm doing this Driving Iron - A-Grind CMB Hybrid - A-Grind Proto Fairway - Ryoma F3, PRGR Super Egg Spoon, Romaro V, A-Grind DST or Modart... Can't quite decide yet on the fairway but leaning towards the Ryoma except Chris said turf interaction is a little iffy...
  19. Adjustable! That's interesting...
  20. SUPER DEEEEEEP! Reminds me a lot of the TM Super Deep from 4-5 years ago.

Awesome thanks mate! Who else wants to share their thoughts?

Pulling the trigger on one of each of these. Impossible to make a decision without consulting with Chris and the forum More than anything, I'm looking for straight. Just simple, easy to hit straight shots, first and foremost. Secondly I need lowish spin because I swing hard. I'll worry about launch from loft and the proper shaft. I'm a tech and materials junky so I am a sucker for the latest and greatest... forged cup titanium, rolled face, etc, etc, I have no idea what it all means but I want it! And then of course there is feel. Who doesn't like great feel in their clubs? So... I'd love to hear your vote! Thanks guys. Rob. 23. Well so much for the AAA I was thinking about. Appreciate the honesty!
  24. Really inferior? Interesting. Stew you gotta try the new Tensei from Mitsubishi! Supposed to be their best yet!
  25. Honestly Mitsubishi might be the best all around graphite shaft company, in my opinion. Everything they put out is excellent. Crazy is also very good but you're paying 2-3 x as much. Fujikura obviously has a proven track record as does UST (Attas' are very good) and Graphite Design. Never played Basileus but people seem to think they're top notch as well. Can't comment on Seven Dreamers but some say they are the best, largely due to their insanely good fitting process. My personal pick for most underrated shaft company is Composite Techno - Quadra line. I've played a couple of their shafts and they are absolutely primo. Dispersion and feel is as good as any! Check them out for a FW shaft. Another underrated shaft (IMO) company was/is called Mach-Line. I played one of their shafts about 8-9 years ago and it was also really solid, actually. Matrix are ok in my opinion. Not as tight as some of the others. I've heard this new Padarson company makes good USD shafts as well as some other USD company that does really wild paint jobs. I can't remember the name of them though. I've never played Loop, TPXD or Masada shafts and Roddio are too soft for me to fairly judge.
