never heard of these guys but iwas taking a look at some of their irons, some of the heads remind me of the tourstage and srixons. some even resemble the older epon stuff like the epon type x heads and one of the models look like a variant of the type J although a more angular muscle. they look alright. i dont know a single person that owns any of these.

well with other shafts, XX=TX or tour x. so im assuming PRO X is the same as T X. why dont you get the pro x and play it as is but longer length and if you feel like you have to tip it then youl have the flexibility to do so.

brad it will be a good addition trust me. i added a 4iron 702 to my existing 5-7 502, 8-pw 302 combo set. the offset although noticeable is not a factor for me especially in a 4 iron. the 702 will get the ball up quicker and is easier to hit especially of the rough. you will enjoy it.

sorry for the late reply chris, for 96-100 you are in my dads swing speed territory. he is using a 55sr and he loves it. i think you can get away with either but i suggest you get the SR. it will be more stable in my opinion and you have more room to grow with the shaft. SR is my pick

Yes i have tried the pro trim weight more like 115-118. also tried the shimada tour 90 and shimada kbs. versus the dgs300 the shimadas are still higher launching but feel better. characteristic nspro feel although not as smooth. has a higher kickpoint which would explain the lower ballflight vs the nippons. they are good shafts but expensive and are not so accessible to the general golfing community

i have tried these shafts. they are like a lower launching nspro 950. what weight were you looking at? i liked these shafts very much but i found them light as i use dgs300s

not at the moment. when i was gaming the epon/di there was clearly something amiss, now that i have the quadra im totally happy. nothing wrong with the combo. i will defintely stick with this one for now.

He has the quadra proto x. Stock shaft on epon website is the tour ad di but you can pretty much choose any shaft. Check options in the proshop

hell yeah i love epon but i have other sets as well such as shinagawa, onoff247, beres etc etc but they never stay in the main bag for long. as for the bags i probably had 5 at one time different models. my latest one was purple of the 2010 bags but sold that one. the ones in the picture left is 2009 caddy bag. middle is 2010. and the yellow is 2006. i never will sell the yellow one as its unique and was my first epon bag. get compliements every time and there is only one piece! the white one of my wife had a matching one which i used for awhile but gave to a friend. @kiwitown, thanks man! be good to yourself once in awhile and indulge

ok guys i got the go signal from my pop to get him the D1 10.5. was wondering if it can be specified as square FA 0* whats listed in proshop is .5 closed. from those that tried it what is your opinion on the stock tour ad SF1 shaft?
