This set was custom ordered from the Titleist Custom Dept. with Project X 5.5 shafts and Tour Velvet Grips. This set is the new '04 690 "dot" cb model with standard loft/length/lie. I've only played with this set for the past 2 months and can't feel comfortable with the D1 swingweight due to my quick tempo. I've recently purchased a set of MR-23 US spec cb's with X-100's that I feel would suit my swing charcateristics best. The Project X stickers are in perfect condition. The 3, 4, and 5 irons look brand new with very minimal to no wear on the face/sole. The 6 iron is the only iron showing significant wear because it was my warmup iron on the range. 7-9 irons are in 9.0/10 condition and the PW is 8.5/10. I paid $30 to have it professionally packaged by one of the UPS employees. Each clubhead is individually wrapped in bubble wrap and the shafts have a large piece of bubble wrap around them. They are guaranteed to be shipped with no rattling. ;ukliam2 Verified PayPal only ;ukliam2 $750 which includes UPS 2nd Day Air/HTD GXX Brand New In Plastic ;ukliam2 International buyers must pay extra for shipping
  13. From PGA.com... By Steve Pike, PGA.com Senior Writer 01.12.2004 03:16 pm (EST) ACROSS THE POND: TaylorMade-adidas Golf is marketing a new driver in Europe called XR-05 CTi. The 460cc driver reportedly features a head with a super-thin titanium body, SP700 titanium club face and carbon fiber crown. It also includes TMaG's 'inverted cone technology' and 'tuned weight cartridge' from its R500 Series drivers that are currently in the U.S. The company isn't saying when or if it plans to market the XR05-CTi in the U.S. MGB probably knows if it will be released in the US.
  14. Sorry for the confusion. The XR-05 CTi is USGA conforming. Here are some pics of the non-conforming XR-03 & 05 drivers...
  15. The XR-03 & 05 drivers are non-conforming. The XR-05 CTi is TaylorMade's answer to the Callaway ERC Fusion, Mizuno MP-001, and Yonex CyberStar PowerBrid. The XR-05 CTi, which stands for "composite titanium," features a large, 460cc head consisting of three parts: >Super thin 6-4 titanium body >SP700 titanium clubface (finer than 6-4 titanium) >Carbon-fiber crown The XR-05 CTi's carbon-fiber crown is 15 grams lighter than a comparable titanium crown, allowing TaylorMade engineers to allocate the saved weight to carefully calculated points within the clubhead to create a lower, deeper CG.This precision-placed CG location enables the XR-05 CTi to deliver launch conditions that result in the precise degree of high launch-angle and the precise degree of low spin-rate needed to produce maximum distance.

Mizuno and Ping clubs from the tour van are hard to come by these days unless you know a tour rep or find one on Ebay. Closest to finding a Ping tour club would be through Ping WRX. As for Mizuno, maybe Nomad WRX can track one down for you. Here are the links...
  18. Depends on which weight port is installed... 14g: 203g 16g: 205g 18g: 207g Depending on the shaft installed, I'd recommend the 203g head if you have a slow/moderate tempo and the heavier 205g and 207g heads for a quick tempo to enable you to feel the head during your swing.
