WTT: My 757 TP graphics for Fuji Six (TP or Not)
I have a fresh pull by Paul at Shreveport Golf. It is a 757 stiff flex with TP graphics untipped and played 45" in an R7 TP. I want to trade for a Fuji Six pull (TP graphics or not) x-flex untipped straight up. The shaft must be at least 42". PM me if interested. Thanks!

Help..TM300 Miura, Tourstage us spec mr-23 or Miura 201
I play the Z101's and they are a surprisingly forgiving club for such a small head size. They also have a very soft feel and are beautiful. Just a great all around club and for the price nowadays you'd have to be crazy not to consider them. I have demo'ed the CB201's at Shreveport Golf. A great feeling club as well. If I had the money I may spring for it. It seemed to be just as soft feeling and forgiving as the Z101's. By the way, I hit the 6 iron in Nippon 950. I play Nippon 1050's in my Z101's. The other two, I don't have much opinion because I have not hit them. I have heard that if you play the MR23 CB's, you may as well play a blade because they just aren't very forgiving. That has been repeated in many of the reviews that I have read. If you consider the Miuras, give Shreveport Golf a call. Paul runs that shop and is a sponsor of this site. He handles all of my golf needs and is a great guy that does quality work. He can be reached at 318-686-9074

Fujikura 757 Stiff - TP Graphics (R7 TP pull)
Professionally pulled by Paul Manco of Shreveport Golf (I live in Shreveport). The driver was used for 4 sessions on the range before this shaft was pulled. The shaft is in perfect condition. No tipping was done on this shaft. It played 45" in the R7 TP. Will sell for $100 shipped (firm). Paypal or money order.

Nippon Shafts
Give Paul at Shreveport Golf a shout at 318-686-9074. He knows his stuff. I play Nippon 1050's and probably won't use anything else again. They are that good. Smooth and silky. Much better than Dynamic Gold. I can't stand DGS300's. They're just so harsh and no feedback. Nippons will play a little softer to flex than most shafts, so I would discuss that with whomever you choose as your Nippon dealer.

MR-23 CB's - Shaft fitting
One more shout out for Paul at Shreveport Golf. Paul does all of my work and really knows his stuff. Super nice guy that does quality work. About the 1050's... I love my Nippons. I have a driver swing speed of 110 mph and use x-stiff 1050's at 1/2 inch over in my Z101's. Nippons are a little softer flex than say Dynamic Gold and this set up suits me perfectly. I love a little lighter shaft in my irons. Helps me create more head speed and there is no sacrifice for feel IMO. Go with the 1050's. You won't be sorry.

Srixon HR-X333
Pman71 sold me the HRX and the UR-X so that I could try each one. I much prefer the UR-X. The HRX was not a good putting ball for me. I would just blaze it by the hole. I feel for the money the UR-X is a better buy and it seems to hold up OK. Doesn't have the durability of a ProV1 though. I have gone back to the Pro V1x for the feel. Nothing feels better IMO whether it is driver, irons or putter.

Nippon Shafts
I think stiff will work fine for you. Or you could tip a regular to firm. But they do play a little softer than flex. If there is any way you could demo, I highly recommend it. I know Paul at Shreveport Golf has been sending out demo clubs (Miura CB-201's and tournament blades) over at FGI. He sells Nippon shafts. You might want to give him a try.

Nippon Shafts
I play the 1050's in extra stiff with 1/2" over length in my irons. I have around 110 mph driver speed with a medium tempo. These have worked out perfect for me. Nippon shafts have the best feeling in the world. I will never use another shaft unless they stop selling them. I thought the extra stiff might be too much but with the extra 1/2", it is just right. I play a stiff 1050 in my wedges for more feel and control.

Couple of questions about R7
Well, when I posted this I didn't know that Taylor Made would sell weight plug kits. It remains to be seen though whether the weights for the TP version will fit in the retail version. They may size them differently just for that very reason.

FS/FT KZG: CB-II/II-M combo, wedges, CB-II heads
Set of CBII/II-M combo: 4-PW. 4 and 5 iron are CBII-M 9.0 condition. 6-PW are CB-II in 8.0 condition (no chatter but a few minor dings on soles and some wear on face of the short irons). Shafts are TT Lite XL - 1/2" over standard in stiff flex. Standard lie and loft. Grips are KZG tour velvet. These are all satin finish. This set is great - forgiving long irons and player's cbs in the shorter irons. Wish I could keep 'em but bought some Z101's and have to make room. This set was made by Paul at Shreveport Golf. $160 shipped in Con US. KZG forged 52* raw - Has a nice rust on it all around from the Louisiana humidity. Harrison Professional R3 shaft. Great club with good grooves. 8.0 condition. SOLD KZG forged 56* satin- Couple of areas on the face where the plating has come off. Accuflex stepless steel in stiff. 7.0 condition due to plating problem although the grooves are good. $20 shipped in Con US. KZG CB-II 3, 4, and 5 iron - heads only in satin. 8.5 condition. Would make a great combo set for someone who has KZG blades. SOLD Contact me by PM or email at [email protected].

Couple of questions about R7
You may have a point about the spin. I didn't really think about that, but I still don't ever see me buying a TP in this model. Just the TP screw package for the retail driver. (That is once I demo and determine that it can supplant my driver at that time!)

Dual Wall Tourstage Prototype, X-Drive 2 and MR23 CB's 2005!
That Tourstage driver and MR-23 CB look good. Any idea how much the driver will be? No further info on the CB?

Couple of questions about R7
The retail is already selling for $499. The TP will probably be $699 - $799 when it comes out. Let's see, $60 for extra weight plugs or $300 for a TP..... hmmmmmm..... Not a decision to me. This is what I'm getting at. The tip is not that big of a deal to me since I would use an NV, but that's pretty crappy putting a .350 in one and .335 in the other. Just another marketing ploy to get you to upgrade and spend $$$.
