  1. I spoke with a tech guy @ MRC and he told me that there is enough parallel tip section to allow for an additional 1/2" of tipping even on the PW.
  2. Thanks for the info. When I said "straight install" I meant per the manufacturer's tipping instructions. I think I will go +1/2" over the recommended tipping instructions.
  3. I received my set of OTi 95s today and now I am just trying to decide how to install them, straight in or tipping them to play slightly firmer than flex. My SS is about 105 and I am more of a hitter with a quick transition. Thanks again for everyone's input.
  4. They are not tapered. They are (.370) OD.
  5. If I was going to install a set of OTI 95 in stiff and wanted to match the flex to my MCI 100s should I tip them? My driver swing speed is 103 - 105.

A better idea is to take an old favorite driver and send it to have the face shaved. You can pick the COR you want and you know you will like the look and feel of the club.
  8. Would the 95 OT or 105 OT (stiff) play most similar in weight and flex to the MCI 100 stiff?
  9. Just to clarify, when I mean "play both" I am referring to the Fuji MCI 100 and MRC OT shafts.
  10. I have played the Steelfiber i95 and i110 both in stiff. I am now currently playing the Fuji MCI 100 in stiff and really like this shaft. Great ball flight with much better feel than the Steelfiber. IMO I would like to try the MRC OT in either the 95 or 105 weight. Which ever is closest to the MCI 100. Can someone who has played both please give me their opinion?

Ian, I have been playing the RM-12s for about a year but also have a Vokey Cold Forged 58*. I feel the 12s are deadly accurate and feel great but they are a few yards shorter than some other wedges. They took a short period of time to get used to but now my 54* shafted with Fujikura MCI 100 is like throwing darts at the flag (if I was that good!).
  17. OnOff Forged are headed across the pond!!!
  18. Listing Edited.....Thanks!!!

  22. I am selling my backup set of these wonderful irons. There have been a lot of forum threads that discuss these irons and their feel and forgiveness. Here is a link to a review done on this site: http://www.golftoimp...ed-iron-review/. These irons are 4 - Pw with Aerotech Steelfiber i110 in stiff flex. They also have the new Lamkin I-line grips that are a grip designed by Iomic and Lamkin together. The clubs are in very good condition other than some bag clatter from being such a soft forging. The picture is of the 8 iron which resembles the condition of the set. The clubs are standard length, loft, and lie. I am willing to sell these clubs for $600 USD net to me. I don't have any trade interests at this time.
  23. I have a set of 2011 OnOff Forged with Steelfiber i110 stiff (4 - PW) that I am just about to sell. I think that might be the ticket for you. Let me know if you are interested.
