I have played that Stulz shaft and it is excellent. Extremely stable and straight.

do the new Epon fwys have the same sound and feel as the last ones?

Looks like the finish is either Powder Coated or it looks like they shot peened the head and then finished it in Black Oxide.

I have always found that traditionally Kasco makes the best fairway woods in golf. They are always compact, solid and LONG. Do they still make clubs?

That is interesting. I wonder how much stock should be put into this test. I am looking for a fade machine and have a 430P on order but from this report I should change over to the 460P. However I think we really need to remember that the shaft difference likely made most of the difference in ballflight between these 2 clubs.

Getting the correct grind on your Scratch irons is not hard at all. We basically do 3 different grinds on irons depending on your swing type. From there we can do modifications to these grinds but we generally stick with the main 3 unless the customer knows exactly what they want. Think about it this way, with our irons you have a MUCH better chance of getting the correct grind because we offer different options. With any other companies irons you have a very slim chance of getting the right gring because there is only one option and much like everything else in life what works for one may not work for the next person.

Any good pics of the 430P or 460P at address? So do you guys think that the 460P head is actually more fade bias than the 430P head? Or do you think the difference is the shaft that comes with it? I will likely end up replacing the shaft anyways expecially if its the 460P as that shaft is going to be too stiff I think. Trying to decide between the 430P and 460P, I want max fade bias but I typically like slightly smaller heads.

that 460P is just calling to me....... Anyone have any more info? Whats the deal with the shaft? Specs? Is it a normal Japaneese X which is closer to a normal S or is it a Tour Player X flex?
