  1. I prefer the white one. If it's available & in production, T can get it for you. Shoot him an email.
  2. That's supposed to be a higher launching shaft. If you're flighting those mid to low, you might struggle with some of the suggestions given. It would be better if you could give a bit feedback on your swing otherwise, pretty much it's guesswork what might work for you (Swing speed, tempo/transition, release, etc.). I would start with deciding the relative shaft weight that you're comfortable with then get into the profile & flex (depending on model) after.
  3. Nice review. I think that if the Yamaha was shafted with the 950gh as well, you would get better numbers although, the OnOff would have the edge in the forgiveness category.
  4. The weight of the FEX Proto FW should be up there with the rest of your choices. Keep in mind that the raw shaft length is @ 43.5" while the others are longer (i.e. Sigma @ 44", the others even longer).
  5. There's also the FEX Proto FW. Although it's not listed in the proshop, I'm pretty sure T can get it for you.
  6. How do you like the RC 505V utility?
  7. S, I couldn't find the driver you're referring to on their site. Could you post a link to it?
  8. Z, G is the man! He certainly has worked his magic on my clubs! It's a big plus that he's a very nice guy. He's been more than patient with dealing with my endless pestering questions. BTW, Love your avatar!! Goodsie has mine under high security lockdown until I figure out what to shaft them with.
  9. What are the benefits of using a FW shaft instead of a hybrid/utility shaft in a hybrid?
  10. Yep. Just a white version of the shafts.
  11. Not sure if the FW-50 Sigma (http://www.tourspecgolf.com/Crazy-FW50-Sigma-Fairway-Wood-Shaft) has the same bend profile as the CB-50 Sigma Noir but, it lists it as low spin. Maybe T can help you out. My CB-46 is only 46T but, I'm pretty happy with it.
  12. Looks like you're out of luck... LOL! Kidding aside, if you spine, pure, flo your shafts, graphics aren't always going to line up. As mentioned, performance is all that matters.
  13. I've read that continental golf does a good job.
  14. Although I haven't tried the Sigma, I think it might suit you better than the FW80. Should be lower launching & it's heavier too.
  15. What shafts did you decide on pairing them with?
  16. If the logo bothers you, strip off the graphics (if you can).

    One was just sold. http://forum.tourspecgolf.com/topic/31904-sold-thanks-to-tsg/
  18. Dang! 165 grams... Now that's a light driver head!
  19. Awesome! Pretty sure you're going to enjoy them!!

Mid/high trajectory. Same family as 950/1050gh. There's an old review on wrx by 3step. Search for "999gh" and you should pull it up.

I would think that it's possible but, it might not be cost effective for you since your babies are already headed for delivery to you. Gocchin or Tourspecgolfer are the people to get a quote from. You could either PM or email them. I think that the consensus is that the Black finish would have the firmest feel between all of the finishes. Keep in mind that this will also wear the fastest.
  22. Thanks Stew! Found the thread after I posted. I hope the frame's durable. I'm a little tired lugging my bigger bags to the range. Hopefully this fits the bill.
  23. Stew, Can you post a pic of yours? I'm looking at the Mizuno Porter version since I'd rather be wearing my jeans instead of my bag.

Just my 2 cents. In my experience, Golfsmith launch monitors have much to be desired. I would try to find a trackman or flightscope in your area to verify your numbers.
