  1. that srixon head is pretty good my buds got one with a miazaki shaft which w botjh thought was pretty awful but the head was very tasty
  2. yes i put this shaft in my egg and its better and easier than the 950 if its not crazy or diamana then its the 850 no probs what so ever very straight goes high distance not as good but i dont want it for that i want it accurate
  3. thats Last yrs one, yes its bloody fantastic club it ccs at 415 ish very good evolution form the previous models , and 10* i just perfect for this head, the 9* is a bit o n the very low side.. the 10* looks so much more inviting to hit and hit well with confidence. the 9* gets a bit on the GULP side if u dont get it perfect i found it slices a lot. the ahina stock is superb in it as well if its in good nick def get it. oh SS 100 mph shouldnt be be an issue witht the 60s
  4. agreed.., ... was having a laugh. i hear u can get 190yards up hill into the wind all carry with it.
  5. wow putter shaft! guess what im getting tomorrow!
  6. the 2012 tours... the yonex ishikawa blades.. and the srixon pro 100s the tours ive been playing in all conditions for mhuge wind, hot dry and heavy rain. the worse the conditions the more ichoose these .. they go fantastic, really. no where near a moveable as the blades which suits prefectly in shiiiiiiiity conditions. but on good dry days they just grab the greens as good as anyting ive hit. im moreimpressed withthem the more i play them. big differnce to the older models. not sure if im 100pct loving the new shape, but ther results are v good. only got 5-pw and cud easily do with a 4 , but the 5 gets out there, just want a 4 to make that extra low punch a ute doesnt give. gonna give em another bash tomorrow in comp see if i cant get my bloody handi down a tad. oh and the 3 sets of irons ive got here, are all super. the yonex with the x100 im loving ..., they just feel poop in comparison to NS shafted irons . that will change wehn igewt back home reshaft em with some ns.
  7. that a fantastic price for this . if u like centre shafted putters then this will feel bloody awsome, i had a play around withis before i chose the razor. this is a good stlick
  8. Superb irons Two weeks with.these can't.fault.them.at.all links.play only on kaikuya grass eats it.up pw.not.a prob very good and the grooves.very very noticeable stopping and.grabbing. Top.shelf.irons.
  9. if u taKE THAT KAILI OUT OF THE SPOON UE INSANE! i forgot how good that kaili spoon set up is 70s im speechless. rant rant rant spoon + kaili = goodness!
  10. yup in that style of club, the 302 and the yamaha tours are top of three that ive hit.
  11. god yes, if only i could read them the piccys of hte J tour bags is just amazinga its great too see whos palying what and just bec somone is sponsored by say tourstage, there whole bag AINT tourstage the girls bags a the the best to check out they all have about 4 utilities great poring thru these ,do it every weekend on the way to ibaraki on the chu-hi express
  12. i pulled out both my 302 7 iron and the aftour 7 iron to have a little look at both . the af tour isnt what id call slender ,but its not thick either. compared to my ohter baldes it looks like a game improvement iron, but in comp to my yamaha tours , it looke like a medium blade.. its got a weird role the af t ours. if i was to have ONLY one set of irons then the af oturs would be hard to knock back bec they look almost like blades but a bit bigger for a bit of forgiveness, esp i nthe 3-4-5 dept. the 302 has more substance to it and it def looks an easier to hit club. but its fantasticly solid at address. not much ive ever hit is close to this in softness and a pure joy to strike. these u can work around a bit no problems. but in comparison the af tours, they arnt as workable. a combo set is well worth consdiering 3-7 in the 302 ..... and 8-9-pw......... i nthe tours is how id go, the 7 iron i think just looks more solid i nthe 302 than the af tours, i much prefer to hithte 302 than the af tour in this loft. and in the 8-9-pw the af tours , to me are way better to look at getting close to pins . either way u will be quite chuffed with them
  13. the ls noir...., thats my shaft in the ryoma. after trying about 10 shafts in this head , the ebst suited to me was the noir, firmly back in the ryoma and wont be leaving any time soon T im leaving tomorrow, 2 weels of links heaven in oz. packed , repacked, and packed agn last night my clubs
  14. hmmmmmmmmmmmmm id think perhaps the longest yard 01 or what ever that has morphed to now? thast the longest straightest shaft in a 435 head ive ever hit. that shaft in that head was unbeatable, but it plyed at 46 inch which i hated. felt like a fishing rod but gawd it went. just irked me. the crazy black 50 in 7.7 0r 8.2 is another u should get some dialogue on im using that in my yamaha tour head right now and im very chuffed with it. so much its my gamer. take everyting to the range and reach for this baby every time.., the shaft is very hard , but repsonsive, i cant snap hook this thing. no siree. im beginning to think this is geeting close to pole possy
  15. having used every possible utility there has ever been made over the last yr.............., id say at 12 hcap. well ur def a better palyer for a start. the entire royal collection will suit just get one as idrive says that suits ur eye sleek, fat. rounded ,tiny head, huge bulbous type THE most user freindly point shoot ute ive hit and i hate to say it is the taylor m.m.m.m.m.m.m.m..maaaaaaade white thing they released probaly about 70000000000000 models ago but earlier this yr. that thing just went bullett srtaight all the time. it did my head in i couldnt make it turn circles, i had no idea where to aim. so i benched it HA! distance was spot on ,direction was incredible. felt like spam... but ..., but in all honesty this thing was terrifico.. if u want to wind cheat.. id seriosuly look at this thing its really really good.
  16. the 425 is a big , comapct head if that makes sense? ihave a crazy black 80, original model in mine and will never ever ever swap that out for anything there is. mine plays a litte lon the short side at 44 .25 inch but after a session on the range and i get used to the swing weight i hit this a mile and a mile straight theres no lateralmovement wit htis combo itss ole purpose is to clobber, and its much higher than the 435 that is crazy low. if ur after he best combo for this head. just get the crazy shaft suited to ur speed. T knows best go with his recco.
  17. Up in the mountains forgetting about golf for a week. Hope 2012. Is better than 2011 for everyone. for us on jpt that might not be asking too much looking f fwd to more great reading and info akemas**te o me deto goziamasu
  18. the kaili is ver yhard to top however......, quadra fire express 75s or xs these work as good if not bettter in 3woods than they do in driver shafts if thats possible. just fantastic.
  19. im still waiting for a head to pop my last p9003x in, i have one i my crazy 435 in sydney one in my 43.5 inch yonex nextage 9* and the last one in mot decieup upon yet. the ryoma will prob get it. agn at about 44 inch
  20. cant say yet, bec the p9003x is a lot heavier. not a good comp in differnt flex shafts the p9003x is pretty special in its weight, the crazy sigma is comporable to that one, and that is a great shaft just re doing that sigma in a new head at the moment. making a high soaring bomb machine. 10.5* all carry 330 grams 44.75. just for fun. the p9003x and hte BB dont feel too differnt similar style.
  21. greatsticks. getting to love mine the more i play withthem. they got the cavity muscle bag spot t oz for 2 weeks this jan gettign more sued to the shape of ythem and enjoying them immensely they play sublimely as well.
  22. on blades ie.., the miuraism sb-02 one of the smallest blades there are bar NONE. these are just perfect. i tried about 6 shafts before i settled on the shimadas, that included the modus3 , the shimada were much more suited no idea about the numbers with them . i just loved the performance i got . lower without being low, not stiff, not soft. juuuuuuuuuuuust right
  23. had to give this a try.............., lovely graphics white with red flames. stuck a blue perfect pro cord grip on it. very schweet looking X flex. cpm at 268, whgich seems a little on the soft side. but the chaps at crayz did say these are not as stout as their other line. it seem all boron shafts cpm lower than printed , or on differnt measuring devices they give differnt readings, as the diamana stinger comes out a little softer as well. i had this in a head made by solid contacts, which made some heads for crazy a cpl of yrs back. seriously good looking heads as well, very good quality head . they are a smalll tokyo maker, solid contacts used to suply ryo ishikawa with his clubs before he split to yonex the shaft is what id call friendly, very freindly, more so than the diamana 2009 equivalent flex, but on par with the original tour issue form diamana in 2004, the original "stinger" which is a bit softer flex than the one they released to the market in 2009. its very easy to hit. feels very similar to the tour issue diamana. with the boron shafts i dont feel like i have to step on it every shot, i can smooth the shot and get very good distance, unlike the crayz black range in X where i really do have to give it a wallop to get it going. the boron is more of a smoother swingers shaft from what ive noticed so far. the more aggresive guys prob wont like this shaft, i think they will say hmmmm its too sloppy. this suits the more metronomic swinger. rest assured u can still give it some but if ur tempo is like .say sadlowski... then this prob wont suit. if its more like ernie.. i think ull have a field day with this shaft. ive only gamed it twice, but hit it on the range plenty , proper range ,proper balls. ive gone head to head agaisnt the diamana in both stiff and X in all honesty. i couldnt think of a discernable difference between them in feel or performance, except the X in diamana is the more taught of them. my mate hit it as well whos 100mph swinger and the X was definatly too much foir him, nad hes got a very quick release form the top super quick transition. didnt enjoy the result , but liked the feel. these come in 4 flex patterns is it anything out of the ordinary from what the diamana is?? i dont think so. id happily have either one of these. but id think the diamana in X is prob just a bit more taught. its a good shaft form what ive hit so far. im going to put it in a slightly lower * head and see how it goes, the boron shaft ive found go prethy high so in 9 or 9.5* not a problem what so ever.
  24. the shimada wedges are really nice mine are just stiff. no probs what so ever the feel a bit heavierthan the modus and more full feeling the modus feel very thin, put it like this the were fabulous at one ofthe most demanding links courses in austrialaia (magenta shores ) in april in all sorts of horrible conditions. if i didnt play the NS protos id play these, guaranteed.
