I think it was over $$$ to begin with(what is not?). You can buy a R5 DF cheap now, even some 510 TPs are going for small sums. I would say it's a great looking head and its charm may come back later, but for now, there are cheaper alternatives that do the work, in a more forgiving way, I may add, just find the right shaft and you are set to go. :cool:

Very tight shaft, lacks the 660tr feel or silky feel of some Fujis, but nonetheless a great shaft, does not kick as much as a HK80 but it does offer a flat to medium trajectory. Not high by any means. I have it in a Smooth top 13*, it plays a tad stiffer than your normal stiff shaft, but not much, or I guess as Joe put it, it depends on who tips it, who puts it together. Great shaft, I have found this shaft stays with you on over swings, some shafts lag half way downswing, this one stays with you, I think that is why you get a lower than normal trajectory...

This is correct, the ridge top will start with a lower trajectory, but neiother one ballons. The smooth tops are much easier to hit. You just need the proper shaft on either 3 wood. Both models are great, I prefer the smooth top 13* :-)

For sale: Taylormade tour 16*, no serial numbers. Shafted with a Fujikura Sapphire X flex. Plays a bit softer to flex. 8/10 condition no sky marks or the sort, head is clean. Just normal wear. $250 or BO shipped/paypaled. Selling for a friend, please no trades.

Robbie, not at all. I like both boths...all i am saying that maybe he can get the Mizunos customs to what he likes...why not(money talks here of course). But the Rac CBs are great as well.

Jamesons, the Racs are a great club no question about it. But for the amount of customs you can get, I'd go with Mizunos...check out the Mizunos Japan fair thread Chris posted. Awesome clubs!
