I love the feel and sound of Yamaha drivers. Sorry to hear about the grip, I would be disappointed as well. I am debating on the Tour or RMX, I love the look of the Tours but don't know if I'll be able to handle this driver.

I can comment about Epon CB's but I did owned a set of Miura TB's and also have played with the Baby blades. I did get the chance to hit the 501 CB's and to me, they weren't anything special. However, Miura blades feel fantastic, I love the dense feeling at impact and do prefer them over ENDO forged irons. The Miura blades are fun to play with when you are striking your irons pure, if you are having a so so day.... they are definitely not forgiving, you better have your A game or they will punish you. Last year, I decided to go with a more forgiving irons and went with the 2012 Yamaha V forged irons. I would highly recommend them in a heart beat, the V forged irons are very forgiving and easy to hit. I would definitely pick the V forged over the 501 cb's, the V forged has better spin and easier to control your ball flight. The 2012 V forged was so forgiving, I bought the 2013 Yamaha Tours. Have you looked into the 2013 V forged irons?? The new V forged irons have the same forgiveness and playability but looks somewhat like a blade, the best of both worlds IMO.

With the Personal's, they are either a hit or a miss. :)
