I think quadra supplies most of the high end carbon sheet there and that's one reason they can sell their own brand slightly cheaper. Of course raw material is only part of the shaft and the shaft design is equally (if not more) important

I tried with a heavier shaft and it didn't work for me. Eventually change to a Ryoma F3 too.... But some of my friends that tried it absolutely LOVES it....

Are they forgiving?

Yeah it will show rust just sitting ideal in coastal area, like where I'm based so using sword oil every now and then is a must for me to keep em looking raw

I've hit both and currently gaming the Yururi Raw flatback. IMO the raw face makes the ball 'stick' longer onto the face and seems to feel softer as compare to the Satin finish. However, the raw finish is a pain to look after, as you need to clean and wipe em down after every round to prevent rust.......

Firstly WELCOME..... As for AF502, IME its quite a high launch irons as balls seem hot off its face but with a very soft feel. With this head, I shaft mine with C Taper to bring the ball flight down. Have not tried Aerotech i125 but I've tried i95 and i110 and both Aerotech shaft are very stable and high launch. I125 are usually use in wedges from what I gather so I presume they should play similar to the other series but with a heavier weight.
