  1. I tried a longer driver for two months and have HURT me bad.... Going back to playing 45" for me. Not sure if it's the lighter shaft at longer length that screw my tempo or the add length? I've a feeling it's a combo of both. Maybe a 46" with a heavier shaft would work for me but till then, I'm switching back to shorter.

Very nice.... Is that inserts or mills that way?

When you're tired of playing with it and wanna sell, let me know!
  4. My guess is the same as KBS Tour (with custom color) so flight should be much higher than C-Taper

Nice review Stew.....now you make me more excited to source out this shaft to give it a try.

Agree on the 'smooth swinging' part. If I'm too aggressive with my RD, it goes WAY LEFT..... I'm still trying to figure out this shaft and the add lenght is not helping me :(
  7. The ferrules is a killer....nice build !!
  8. Well done.... looks like you're loving it.

Surprise this is still around..... this is pure blade porn lol
  10. Darn..... so tempting !! Just end last year I was contemplating to get this or Yururi flatback but went for Yururi instead mainly due to cost. Great price and even greater shaft too....

Hmmm you guys are making me regret letting mine go with all the delays and went for a Crazy 460 instead lol

I agree putter is more about confident than technology.... if you see something you like (shape) over the ball, it gives you total confident to put that ball in the hole
  14. I like the present AF Tour looks better.... would be interesting to see the review and tech on this piece.
  15. I just love to read those combos you try each time.
  16. Real nice looking woods there....
  17. Thanks Stew.... a great putter maker from down under. Did you ever visit this man when you're back home? Some of his work are exceptional
  18. KLP 4011 DAM paint fill is also ready BM3 Finish. The gold fill sure bring this putter a class above the rest….. Now all it needs is a shaft and grip…….
  19. Thanks Chris - I love the clean look

Agree - putters are very personal and some do collect them as hobby (I'm one of them but I only look for unique pieces usually with a story behind) However those crazy collectables Cameron are nuts and maye that why I don't own any Scotty yet lol
  21. BM3 Finish: Hard to decided on the finished as Kari have so many great finishes. Shortlisted 3 top finishes for me were the Antique Silver, Silver Nickel platting or Gun Metal. For the BM3 – Smooth, I finally decided to go with a Gun Metal finish. This is actually a Titanium nickel finish with added black chrome. Should give me a maintenance free putter for a very long time, as this finish is very durable. Decided on chilies red for the fills, apart for the Monkey and BM3 wordings, which will be in black. Most probably will match this with a Red Signature grip and matching head cover. The last few days the weather in Australia was gloomy and not much chance for Kari to take some pictures outdoor but it finally clear up a bit today…. I think the red/black combo came out very well on the Gunmetal finish.

I used to play a 65 to 70gram shaft at 45" and my new Crazy 460 driver comes with RD play at 46". With the add length and lighter weight, I'm having trouble timing the swing and been spraying it all over the place lately. Maybe a few more driving range sessions will help but for sure the add length and lighter weight takes some getting use to.

Hmmm interesting Mystery for me this brand?? First I've hear of em
  24. Just received these quick snap shots from Kari of the finished KLP01 DAM back from the platter. Very please with how this turn out and the wooden grains pattern are absolutely beautiful. This is a black oxide finished and the paint fill will be gold and should look very classy once done!
  25. Agree with Spoon here. Best to get a custom putter to your specs as the cost will not be much more compare to the asking price for this Edel
