  1. As you look down on the ball, they look very simple, very little offset and a thin top line. The heel relief seems a little higher than a BB. Obviously, the game improvement technology makes the back of the club seem more busy but the work is beautifully done. The quality is first rate. The sole is thin with both leading and trailing edge relief. I have had no issues with the clubs on both tight and thick lies. It was originally my intention to get the Tour blades but after hitting a mates H blade 4 iron, I ordered 4 to PW in the H blade design. The short irons are simply wonderful. I wish I could get a H blade gap wedge as I really love the look of them. I'm a bit busy at the moment (getting ready to move from Brisbane to Hobart) but I will try and post some photo's of my set up soon. They look schmick with the TT Monaco's. pete
  2. I was asked by a friend recently what I thought of my H Blades. I think I summarised it as such; The performance of a Miura Baby Blade (with more forgiveness) and the feel of an Epon AF Tour with more workability! Simply the best irons I have ever used and I have had pretty much every top end iron!!!! Obviously, the shaft is the engine, but the heads are wonderful. Highly recommended Pete

Actually, he's got it all! She is pretty, talented and nice as well as understanding. Trouble is she will probably beat him off the stick in a year or two!

Seeming Miura is sold in the TSG Proshop, I think that it is classed as JDM. In fact I can't think of a more JDM brand than Miura. Some of the models are hand forged by Mr Miura himself at his factory in Japan!!!! GLWS by the way!

Is there a reason you are selling this in the non-JDM section?
  6. No he doesn't! RomaRo all the way!
  7. As my Avatar says, TT Monaco (stiff flex). Great shaft but hard to get! i will do a full review on them in the next week or so. Just a bit busy at the moment. Pete
  8. Hi Anton, I've played them all and I haven't hit a nicer performance (yet forgiving) club than the Romaro H blades. I to am getting older (50) but I have gained distance and feel since going to these clubs (I played Miura Baby Blades and Epon AF Tours prior to these). Obviously the choice of shaft matters but I rate these better than any Epons I have hit. Just my honest opinion. Pete
  9. I haven't hit the V's but my 'H' blades are the best iron I have ever hit, bar none!!! Especially with Monaco shafts. Pete

Whats a K15 doing in your bag C????

:( I was probably going to the Masters next year!!
  12. Agreed Duff old man! Its not Blasphemy to prefer the Romaro's over Epon. I have hit both and I think the Romaro's are head and shoulders better than the Epon personals! I can't believe Epon don't make a non-offset iron head.
  13. Thanks Gocchin. I will also post a review on the RoMaro H irons sometime soon. Hocko has the FW as well as the driver so he may be willing to do a review of them for you. I am very very impressed with the quality and performance of all their gear that I have tried! Pete
  14. Dibs on yours then Hocko although the Shaft in Dan's seems to help a lot. I should just wait for him to have a melt down and get it on the rebound :)

Didn't know you were keen on Tasmanians CCH :)
  16. Ok, Hocko would know as he has the same club! Whatever it is, I pipe it long and straight (at least long for a 50 year old!)
  17. I have found all the recent Romaro gear to be great. I have a set of their irons which I love. A mate has the driver and I have hit it at least 20 times and I rate it right up there. I hit medium trajectory low spin bullets with it (obviously the right shaft helps. This one had a crazy boron in it!). If something happened to my current driver, it would be my selection as a replacement! Pete
  18. Kari's work is in the $350 to $450AU price range Stew. I just got one of his that I love! Beats a Scotty circle T hands down Pete
  19. Ant, give Kari Lajosi (Lajosi Custom Putters) a call. He will make whatever you want. Is local (melbourne) and does wonderful work. I have had 2 of Kari's putters and would recommend his product to anybody. regards, Pete
  20. Sold to Big67 thanks
  21. Not to you Spoon!!
  22. I'm only selling because I have decided that my bag setup is best with a strong 13* FW.
  23. Hi All, for sale is a original egg 17* FW (PX-03) head in average (6/10) condition (sky mark on top of face). Rest of head is ok and would be suitable for a redo paint job by some talented club repairer. The price reflects the club head's condition. Looking for $60AU plus postage. Thanks, pete
