Finally I found the head that really makes this shaft worth 63,000 YEN. It's Ryoma ST (Gold, not Black), and this club gives me the longest distance plus forgiveness. WTT: Crazy prototype 513 in SR flex I feel it's tad too stiff for me even though everything else is great. Maybe R flex will do the job. So looking to trade with R flex of this Crazy shaft or comparable one with below spec - Length must be no shorter than 44" - Prefer 48g weight or so but not heavier than 57g - If you happen to have TourAD GT-5 or DI-5 R1 flex, also love to trade. Following Jeff's advice, I'm playing 52* and 57*. Loving it. I got no problem opening it up. Couldn't make it spin but after concentrating on hitting the ball not behind it, find some spin now. S-Yard really gave priority to domestic market, so I bought the Bold from Japan and it's on the way to me. Hope I have it before going to US this Friday Mark

My fitter also told me if I tested i80 and like, better buy this one. I bought each of Recoil 660 and Recoil Prototype 95 to try. Let say my swing fits much more with the Aerotech. Actually I surprisingly found i80 dispersion is a bit better than that of NSPro 750. For the ball flight, it may be 2* loft different of the clubs. On Aerotech website, they say to trim 7iron 2.5". Does it mean to get the real flex, we play 7i at 38.5"? Can't be. Someone enlightens me pls. Yes, Ian. Make him an offer! Mark

For sell is 7 heads of EPON AF-302 in excellent condition. My good guy here told me to keep this coz I will like these heads more than the Personal. May be 302 is the best head EPON ever made. The forgiveness is about the same as that of Personal and even the 502 (to me, as I hit all models of EPON and owned/own some). If you like EPON feel, this is the model to go for. Saw a thread in WRX saying that 750 actually surprisingly got lower ball flight than that of 950/850. Kinda true for me. It says low kick but the ball flight is lower for me. Also lower than that from the i80 yesterday. I may go for i70 to ensure more distance from lighter club but maybe S flex to also ensure the dispersion. Bought one of i80 R to try only. No chance to try i70. What you guys think?

The 34* is mine, and standard 36* one is demo club from the shop here Nope. Not too much spin. Roughly both clubs gave me about the same roll on yesterday range session. What tempt me is I felt softer and easier to launch on the Aerotech. If I put it to play 37" on my stronger loft Personal, I should gain some distance with more forgiveness plus softer feeling. Don't know why but with the same swing weight, I top the one in NSPro more. Any further thought on this - you and anyone? Thx. Mark

Hi guys, I hit 2 clubs as configuration below at the same time - same heads but different loft - at about the same distance. Which shaft should I go for if based on below info only? Shaft#1: EPON Personal 7i, 36* loft, 37.25", D1, 397g., higher ball flight Shaft#2: EPON Personal 7i, 34* loft, 36.5", D1, 401g., lower ball flight One shaft feels softer and easier to hit (for me) while the dispersion from both shafts are great. #1 = Aerotech i80R #2 = NSPro 750S Thanks, Mark

While I really love my Miura, I found DWD spin more when I hit that of Wmclarenf1. Had a chance to talk to Niimi son on Tue (owner of Epon's inter agent). He said the Bold spun like hell as he tested it. I didn't make it for 1st pre-order at TSG but will have a chance to try it at GC here next month. Mark
