  1. Someone must know something? Tario, Chris or Tats?
  2. .....the edge in distance, or feel, or dispersion, or ball flight, or all of the above?
  3. If there's one club I like to 'go after it' with then it's definitely the driver. Gonna have to give Crazy a try. Are the 80T that much more glassy feeling than the 46T/50T?
  4. Any chance of some pictures of your Mizuno + Roddio?
  5. Thanks for the info Vegaman. Roddio sounds good as a driver shaft. I'll have to keep my eye out for a used one.
  6. It's the quilting on the sides. Such a turn on!
  7. Can you compare the Roddio to any other JDM shafts you've gamed, i.e. ball flight/distance/dispersion/feel etc?
  8. You know what, I think it look kinda cool.
  9. Anyone know if they have anything new for 2013? Love their Ray driver from 2011.
  10. I sooooo want to try a Quadra or Crazy. MOB/Morebeer, can you compare to any Diamana or GD?
  11. I'd like to try out the Quadra 100i in Pro X. Might give me a lower ball flight like my Roddio i-10 but with better feel. Would also like to try Crazy CBI 80 limited. Bet they're nice. I need to ask Chris as I think he's tried both the Roddio and Crazy.
  12. What a great idea. What's it like on the course when being pulled?
  13. Yeah I've had a look at the new 'B' series. Very nice. Also the GD BB could be good. Decisions decisions. Any other ideas guys?
  14. Great collection mate, really nice. My favourite item is the AF Tours which I adore, but the Geotech putter is a close 2nd. It looks really cool.
  15. I've just snapped my Diamana kai'li 60 'x' at the range on Tuesday night, so I'm on the look out for a new shaft for my Yamaha. I fancy trying something different, so do any of you know what other shafts are out there with a similar profile to the Kai'li, to be played at 45" or maybe less. I don't mind the price brand new (I'll buy it used anyway!), so fire away with any suggestions for Quadra/Crazy etc. It needs to have a soft feel to it but also keep the left side out of play as much as possible. Here's what I've tried before, but bear in mind that except the top 3 (Cobra Amp Cell Pro), all the others were attached to different heads: Attas3 7x - ball flight too high but great feel. Could go left. GD DI 7x - ball flight a little lower than the Attas but with less feel. Went left on occasion. Diamana + 'D' series x 70 - great ball flight, lower than the 2 above but with even less feel. Struggled to go left. Diamana Kai'li 60 x - Great ball flight with feel on par with the GD DI. Went left on occasion. Crazy TJ46 (6.9 I think?) - Low ball flight with not much feel. Didn't go left. Diamana X 60 s - Good ball flight with feel on par with the + 'D' series. Went left on occasion. Thanks, Ian.
  16. T, is the Endo forgings just the 2013 models, or all of the older models too?

    close

Even with the slight damage they still look sweet. I love highend graphite shafts. GLWS supo
  18. I did find out that the Cobra Amp Cell Pro was 'ok' when fitted with a Diamana + D series 70g in x flex! Nice ball flight just not much in the way of feel. The Attas3 7x shaft felt the 'best', then the GD DI 7x and then the Diamana, but the numbers for the Diamana where the best. I'm watching a shaft in the BST...........hopefully no one will buy it before I can get the cash together
  19. God damn it...........I'm driverless AGAIN! Went to a local range this afternoon as they had a Cobra demo day on. Before I tried out the AMP Cell driver I warmed up with a few 7 irons and then the Cobra guy asked me to hit a few balls with my driver.. One swing and SNAP, there goes the Kai'li, snapped at the hozel. Sh*t. I now have a cool looking alignment aid.
  20. Stunning. Just to give us an idea, any chance of letting us know what the bill cost? :)
  21. Hahahahaha that's sooooo funny. I need to learn Japanese. I'd earn a shed load translating some of this stuff.
  22. I can't compare what the OP has asked for, but I can compare (using Srixon Pro 100's) i-10 sx flex to Nippon Modus3 Tour 120 x flex. Ball flight: i-10 lower than Modus. Distance: i-10 1/2 club further than Modus. Feel: i-10 softer and less vibration but somehow more stout than Modus. Dispersion: very similar.
