Do you find that you hit more shots left or right with a thinner gripper, and what happens when the grip is too thick? I'm now playing Iomics with 1 wrap and I think they feel a little thin compared to GP tour velvet with 1 wrap.

Thoughts on 2012 Bridgestone TourStage X-Drive 707 driver??
Ian-500 replied to swisstrader's topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
Swiss that is a great looking driver. Looks like it has some weight, some ummpphh behind it. The sole looks very robotic/futuristic. I could see 'The Teminator' using that on a golf course. Lol. Buy the matching 3 and 5 wood that the seller has too. That would be a very nice set to have in anyones bag. -
I do like the name though

Even more 'bling' than the white fairways. It looks a little too swept back for my tastes, but I'm not it's intended market, so I will show it some 'repulsion'!!

As the title says, anyone have any information on Yamaha's 2013 lineup?

I like them. For those that like to stand out on the course these are the ultimate. JDM bling. Lol

What do you know about Epon that we don't eh Dale? Tell us tell us.....

How about a 370cc head on a 44" shaft! The driver would be called 'Scratch' because you'd have to be at that level to get the best out of it. I'd game it. Lol

Yammy yammy yammy. I've played the 2011 tour model and they are superb. I'm sure that the 2012 V forged will feel just as nice and should be a little more forgiving than the Tour model.

With a high launch shaft like an ilima then you'll be fine, or just tee it high and hit it on the up swing. Would love to try any of the 5* 7* or 9* really. Great looking driver -

Having played 'players' cavity backs and now blades, The blades have been slightly more accurate but the CB's had better feel and slightly more distance, but this was probably down to the fantastic Quadra graphite shafts. They are both as unforgiving as each other. I think I'm slightly more accurate with the blades because I think I have to concentrate more, but the CB's were just as small, so I don't know what's going on. -
