  1. Akapur - I've been interesting on graphite putter shaft for a while but never have a go with it yet, is it make that much different between graphite and steel putter shaft?
  2. Graig - too bad I didn't have enough time to see much of their process in GF garage and since I was picking up my putter not dropping off so didn't have a chance to discuss with Mr.Sasaya on my own putter but I've a chance to look at all the putter he has been working on and see how they tape and blast their polar dot putter he just uploaded on his FB. Actually I already have an ideas for my next GF putter(not only one but a few), and yes visiting GF garage giving me much more inspiration on what I could and would be done to my putter so I guess a few more GF won't be enough for me now haha
  3. That's Zen look awesome!!! I pick up my first GF putter this morning at Mr.sasaya workshop and just having a long flight home so will put it on a course in a few days and then will post some pics of mine and the result here on the putter discussion forum later on. By sawing some of their process I'm sure that GF is definitely one of the best in the market.
  4. Look nice and solid.
  5. The view from the address look nice and easy.
  6. It's actually look a lot better in black, can't wait to see the tasting result. It's really interesting to see how's Gloire Distance and Legacy Platinum compete with each other.

That's something unique, kinda wonder if those cavity design have any effect on performance?
  8. wmclarenf1 - you're right about the PGA number but one different thing is that those guys normally make a regular on and putting for birdies or eagles, while the old man I mentioned usually approach his 3rd and 4th shot around the green which set him up in an average closer position for his putt. anakatsu13 - nice that you're finally got your answer, hope you enjoy the Zen I wish I could find a nice one for myself too.
  9. Swing most of the Scotty users in PGA tour didn't use regular retail Scotty, most of them are using Circle T Scotty which cost more than 1,000$ and i even saw a piece of Circle T that cost 4,000$. But what you said is right, expensive putter didn't make you putt better. I've seen so many golfer that has an average of 25-26 putt per round by using a retail putter. But what custom and premium putter give you is a quality and self-satisfaction, when you play with something you struggle for then you'll play with a better feeling same as women using brand name and men driving a super car.
  10. A super hi-cor series, can't wait to see what kind of magic will Mr.Kobayashi put in it even though I won't be able to play with it.
  11. Totally agree with Graig, I've more than 10 customs putter and I can't stop buying it.
  12. I've tried both i33 and Yamada, both are great putter but when come to a putter it's depend on personal feeling after all. About Zen I haven't had a chance to own one of them but the feedbacks from TSG members I would say that is one of the most wanted putter in my list right now.
  13. I've been interesting in a Damascus putter for a long time but still haven't find the right person to do it for me, so far Lajosi has been no.1 on the lists while Nead is no.2 so can't wait to hear your review on this.
  14. You should go ahead and contact Tario, I did contact him a couple month ago to discuss with him about my first GF as well. Even though I'll picking up my first GF putter at the factory myself in a couple days my second GF is already designed and ready to be order.
  15. I've been heard all the great feedback since it's coming out. Just order one with Tario, can't wait to hit it by myself.
  16. Zipang has create many nice stuffs, I'm also using Zipang Driver and Putter cover also looking forward to get one of those bag soon.
  17. Look like another great combination to concern for a new driver there.
  18. Look nice there, wait to see the sole and the face too.
  19. Good info, I'm try to fill my bag with one more UT and was hesitated between Romaro and the new Egg as well.
  20. This info is absolutely great and surely will be helpful for my 2nd GF putter.
