You know i just havent liked the addi shafts in several drivers now. I still have a addi 6 and 7 for my 913d2 but rarely play them. They just have no feel. The GD BB 6&7 on the other hand feel great. Matrix shafts are amazing, and Miyazaki is somewhere in the middle.

Im not a fan of the R1, or TM in general really. It feels and sounds like your hitting the ball with a wood plank. I bought it on a whim. Actually tipped a s300 s for it playing at 43.5", d6 last week. Havent hit it yet though, its heavy for sure.

Does it fit just with more adjustment or will it not work?

I may have to pic up one of these. I already have an r1 that i play with from time to time with several shafts.

Have you tried many low spin shafts in the Gloire. I know that Bassara your about to play is not low spin.

Thats been the consensus. A well known fitter in my area who sells them told me the same thing. It fits certain people but not the majority.

Your only saying it works for you. The Sldr doesnt work for a lot of folks. Titleist 983k would probably win a poll of best US driver of all time. Tried, true, and tested. Glad the Sldr works for you though.

I know your supposed to hit up on this. You normally hit a 10 and going to a 7? Do you think a 9 would end up in too high ball flight and void the design point of the driver.

Ill take a 9 degree stiff if you still have one.

Bag boy here also. Folds up real nice. My back can barely handle carrying a bag anymore. The BB is very stable.
