  1. Nice. 3W 5W. Just done the same. Traditional set up. Have fun with it mate.
  2. Yeh its a nice finish. Dono what it is with the Balso IP but it holds up better than any other I have used.
  3. If it works for you mate. That’s the only thing that matters really. I hope these bad boys work. Big $$$s but they sit awesome. Very confident looking at address. Old fashioned spoon with top quality materials.
  4. How do you rate the AGrind e woods?
  5. They are all similar right. Other than the Matt Black finish I couldn’t tell you as never gamed A Grind. You gamed this one the 22? Any of the new A Grind, or you talking looks.?
  6. G’day brother. Its is a good price to be in to something you can take out for a bit of fun. I found same, some of the older forgings can be a bit clicky, but at 150 who cares mate. Enjoy!
  7. If you have already pulled the trigger. Game them, give us your thoughts.
  8. Would still like to try the Buchi VS+ Black sheep at some point though. 😉
  9. Yes they are nice cars. I was lucky 🍀 enough to have the Twin Turbo QF for a few days last year. Rapid!
  10. I actually like it..same symbol of the the Alpha Formula 1 race team. Quadrifoglio - Italian for 4 leaf clover.
  11. Give Chris your proposal man....If he likes it we will see you first review soon enough 😅.... This is what TSG did and were very successful at it, but have now moved away from the core value of why this site/business was formed.....To bring JDM product to the masses.... I would say you are correct, there is a huge untapped market still today..... TSG has opened up the box then walled away from it. Leaving a huge gap in the market for someone to exploit all that initial hard work!
  12. Not sure I would go that far lol. That’s like saying Chrysler is as good as Toyota/Lexus because of the Technology inclusion these days. Like Swiss watches are on par with Waltham due to Waltham's Ahead of the curve slogan…. Some manufacturing processes in certain parts of the world will just never be surpassed long term. Fortunately for all of us JDM fans, Japan is known for its quality steel & composites manufacturing! Which is, last time I checked, the main materials in golf club manufacturing. Although the US gear has come along way, I would say it’s just come back from a long way behind to a reasonable position to justify its mass product high pricing. US products are nice and Shiny while new, boast certain materials and processing, but the quality of the base material and manufacturing process differ quite a bit. Just look at a Shimada shaft over any US steel. Or a Japanese high modulus hand rolled carbon graphite shaft. Then there’s the steel and process used for irons. Then there’s the plating…etc etc etc…the list goes on. Japanese manufacturing has taken a big hit during covid which has effectively closed down some of the smaller boutique JDM manufactures. Hopefully we see a big bounce back in production once everything has settled down.

Wedges are ok. Very spinny. FW for that year is very good. Similar feel to the 4.6 rpm, which every time I use I don't want to stop. I'm probably repeating myself with the feel of the driver....The whole set really.
