Interesting Session with two 7D shafts today
this is quickly becoming the jealousy thread... haute couture fitting, space age technology, jet setting, Japanese food, Japanese night life, hanging with stew, playing some sweet tracks, shopping sprees...throw in some sharks with frikkin lasers on tops of their frikkin heads and I won't even know what to do with myself!! feeling grossly inadequate here lol
- Another kind of experiment with driver.

Thanks TSG!
low spin heads don't work for all?

Piretti copper first run
Now that's saying something... seems a thank you is in order as I had no idea about Piretti operating like this. Kinda glad I got out of them recently, but you're right, they are nice and do roll em well, but to a point, I guess??

Interesting Session with two 7D shafts today
chiro, thought u had a 435 black to go with the 7D??

nob, I would have chosen the 70s shaft too ordering new, as that's typically what I like for weight. this AAA is definitely different, pity it didn't work out for you being that it's a great shaft. that's ok, u got a 7D to look forward too now! good luck on the sale bud, some really awesome stuff here!

Driving iron help
for me, DI's always come down to the track I'm going to play. if there's narrow fairways aplenty, I'd bag the DI that day, but it's def not the everyday club as I'd rather take and extra hybrid, wedge or even driver if the course isn't too tight.

Driving iron help
I find that a wood can be more versatile, but off the tee, a DI is really hard to spray. it pretty much just goes forward with tighter dispersion, and depending on your swing and contact will decide how far it goes.

Refinished Clubs.... Show & Tell.
love those, totally forgot about calling the place you had these done, mikey. those black ones are sick and love the subtleness of the design. what clubs are the black ones? could see myself doing that to the tried and true trpx d-013.

No balls about it
Happy to pass on any good info that I have, and glad those that have tried have found some good new ball options :) that is an awesome .gif and perfect for a golf ball, M. I think I have to order some too, or perhaps I'll try another pic and we can swap! Hutch, just rotate the ball so u don't see it when putting or teeing off haha

On 2nd thought...
awesome combo, OG classic shaft! GLWS

No balls about it
great feedback R, I used a 2015 RZN Platinum for a few holes last week and I noticed it scuffing and getting cut up pretty easily. Glad everyone is liking the Vice, good company with good product and biz model :)

Interesting Session with two 7D shafts today
I've hit both MB's 7D shafts (control and standard), and just couldn't really get these to launch the way I like. Lots of side spin and typically a further left to right flight than I was hoping for, and ultimately too much spin as they're shorter than what I'm used to. I'm sure with time I could dial them in, but overall feel like the spin would be an issue for me. He hits them great, as he should since they are for him, but I'm sure these pro's can hit anything well because their swing mechanics are all so fundamentally sound. For me, not the best... On the other hand, tried his 2015 AAA | Black 435 combo and out of the box, I was having awesome results. Long straight bombs that had tons of run too. I never thought in a million years I would get along w/ a 50g shaft as I typically like 70g shafts and the 60g shafts I've tried before (all Quadra's) didn't produce the best results, but this AAA looks like the real deal for my swing -- I simply could not believe it. Outstanding shaft!

Choices, choices: Onoff Kuro or Titleist T-MB
I haven't hit the T-MB's, and Lord knows I want to, but I've had the Kuros. I don't think there's any way to beat these for distance if you're only comparing these 2, hands down, Kuro for distance. And for what it's worth, I don't think I've seen a better ball flight and trajectory from a long iron than the Kuro's, thats where those impressed me the most. They are just super duper easy to hit and get great results.

Here we go again, Need help finding new driver shaft!
Yes, it will be light SW-wise. Mine is built short at 44.25" with stinger 70s and I need lead tape to be able to feel the head, and it's still light, but something great about this short length and this head is super controllable and hot off the face forgiving head = fairway finder that is still formidable in distance (carry is a little less but runs for days - assuming it's not soft conditions).

SOLD...! Thanx TSG
I hate it when the "Hunny-Do!" list includes getting rid of toys, but as they say, Happy Wife, Happy Life?? lol I hear you tho, been contemplating selling mine as well as they just don't get enough play. These are absolutely pristine tho, and with the carbon weaves to boot. Good luck bud, somebody's gonna want to build these into the perfect set.
