  1. I too love the PT Series shafts, they do have a diamana like profile which gets the ball into the air without having to put much power behind it. I play PT-7's in my GFT's and its as good as or better than The S-83 and HK-80's.
  2. Drop me a PM, the prices are crazy with the 2 & 3 star graphite shafts but quite affordable by import standards with NS Steel.
  3. Thinner sole and Sharper edges for Ai Miyazato since joining the US Ladies tour.
  4. The original old school neo blade from Mizuno 1991 ( Directed by T.OHARA )
  5. The JPGA's #1 most played Iron is the Tourstage X-Blade CB 2006. Its got a lot less offest and size when compared to the previous version. The feel is very soft as Tourstage Irons have been known so well for. All around great set of sticks. the tungsten composite insert in the long irons make them even more appealing to those who have troubles getting their 3 & 4 irons up.
  6. They do look similar but they are very different in design and feel. the G-Field new inserts are SS303 and feel very soft at impact due to the tightness of the design and the pattern of milling. Yes putters and the Rife's feel rather hard at impact compared to these.
  7. Yes 33" is available. These are 169.00 + 25.00 Shipped express to you.
  8. This isnt exactly an offering as they havent set a release date yet. It is their newest driver design.
  9. I must add another to the list. The nwe G-Field GFT-SW. Its the only wedge on the market with a brushed satin head with a RAW face and not to mention CNC milled deep legal square grooves and face.
  10. The new Honma MG711 Driver is 455cc’s to be exact but labeled 460. I just recently purchased a Tour Issue custom face angle model that I will post actual pics of as it should arrive any day now. The shaft options available are not very extensive. We would figure they would offer some of the great and heavier ARMRQ options but they only provide one with this driver which is the B49. It’s a very high quality shaft but a little light for my liking. A new Axiv or Axiv V-Spec will be inserted after testing the the stock shaft out. This club too is played on the JPGA and LJPGA tours. Honma has always made quality drivers, this new beres club takes it to the next level, available in 9, 10, and 11 degrees loft.
  11. From a company gone bankrupt to a vibrant new force in high end golf gear, Honma golf has been re-invented with an entirely new line named BERES. With 4 different categories for different player abilities to choose from the model I would like to feature this week are the Forged MG801 irons. For the better player yet not exactly blade like these new irons feature a semi compact player profile, minor offset, mid thin top line and smaller sole profile, it doesn’t fall into the game improvement category and is seen in the bags of several well known Japan PGA pros. There are 4 total shaft options but I would like to break it into two. Graphite and Steel. Of course along with honma tradition they offer 2, 3, and 4 star models in carbon shafts. For the advanced TSG’er I recommend getting the most inexpensive model and re-shafting with your best suited option. The other is the NS 850. While both shafts are not suited to the advanced player the club head design is so my recommendation to those considering it would be NS1150 Tour, DG S300 or any shaft you feel best using. My suggestion is D2 3-9 and D3 PW. Honma also offers matching wedges. The lofts are as follows 3-10I 19, 21, 24, 27, 30, 34, 38, 43, 49, 56

  19. These are available now for interested parties. Loft, Length and Lie are adjustable. Shaft Options, DG S200, S300, S400, X100 Shimada AC-10 Steel K's Series Steel NS Pro 750, 850, 950, 1050, 1150 Tour Concept Project X and Project X HL Black Gold All Rifle Shafts Including Japan Only Stuff Axiv Graphite Tour AD Graphite if you have other requests let me know.
  20. What I have found is every swing is different and provides different spin rates, and results for each different shaft. The glory of Axiv is selecting your kick point to control launch angle. I have had the altus and TP-7 to mess with, sorry to say but its far over priced for the performance it provides the player, it didn't compare to the Tour AD PT series or any Axiv I have ever hit. The owners of these shafts usually justify their purchase with a glowing review during the honeymoon period. Even if the Ozik TP-7 was 250.00 it still wouldn't make my bag.
  21. Yes your correct, these putters have an SS304 body and SS303 insert.
