Oh yea there is always a marketing ploy, im not sure about the weight plug prices i think 40 to 60 .but its always marketing unless you cant handle looking at a closed face if you can absolutetly go for the standard R7. Lot of $ for something that will probally be just as good as the driver you are allready hitting.

Well the tp you know has more different weight plugs. It also will have a .335 tip so you can put in fujikura's ect. the standard will have a .355 tip so it makes it hard to put in trick shafts unless you shim the hosel. there are good .350 tip shafts out there also.In about two months you can buy the tp package with all the weights if you want to upgrade.. and the tp will be square to .5 open and the regular 1 to 2 closed . 2 only if it is probally a 10.5 though. the srews could be made but the way they make them is like a floating taper screw and it would be pretty difficult to make something like that unless you had cnc machinery being also a machinist also they made them complex so we could,nt make them who cares its a great driver anyways .. Hey if you pay maybe up to a grand on the driver just pay 60 bucks for the upgrade screws.

Yea, that pretty shady, someone with that price, someone with zero feedback, it makes you at that price ,want to roll the dice .But thats way to far under wholesale cost ,anybody knows that. Someone have 300 to blow let us all know.[/b]

I have a set of mr-23's that i have played once and they were good but i just recived a set of x-blade cb's also im a single digit handicap but i am looking for the best performance club the x-blades look awesome but when i set them down they kind of remind me of the ts-202's that kind of makes me uneasy. I was wondering to the people out what did they like better and what do you think about the two. im in limbo deciding on the two,and what i like maybe someone can give me there thoughts but dang these x-blades will be fun to try they look good atleast iguess until you hit them. well anyways what do you think?

I had lunch with the rep in california yesterday saw all the new stuff and the driver it was beautiful after hearing the concept made since and was great the regular model is closed with a 350 tip and the tp is 335 and the tp is going to be square to .5 open depending on the club you pick up. But in about a month for the regular r7 you can but a tp package and get the heavyer weights so you can tinker more if i remember right something like 800 and sometheng combos you can do so really you can buy the non-tp but the tp stuff and have all the wait you need . Now after hitting it was the most solid driver i have hit to date i maybe picked up about 15 to 20 yards and smoking it down the pipe all day it was freaking me out because i was hitting into long par fives with a 5 0r 6 iron go figure all as i can say get one or wait for the tp weights.

IM THINKING OF BUYING A J340 AND WASNT SURE ON THE HEAD SIZE IM THINKING 340CC'S BUT CAN SOMEONE HELP ME OUT ?

oh yea there getting payed for marketing for ther new line of stuff they do it every year .yea i want a conforming r7 when i can get one, from the rep i heard there great.. But hes getting payed for something he doesnt even play..

Yea ! to me its just a big marketing ploy to get people to see r7 everywhere so they will buy the stuff they dont even play its all about the $$$$$$$$$$$$$ good heads up even though the r7 might be a great driver makes me feel like im tricked and miss informed but that the world off marketing.

i am in the market for a new driver from my tm tp and i was interest in the x-drive 390 or the mr -23 im a single digit handicap but i want better fell and distance and some forgiveness if possible or any driver that can be suggested what would you suggest could be the next wonder club for me? I have a high ball flight even wuth a 8.5 or 9 but good high could bring it down maybe alittle but carry is king where i play in so. cal and i have a on the machine 95 if smoothing it 105 if im swinging full whats your accessments?

My buddy got hurt and gave me a new 8.5 with a alldila nv shaft in it i hit now the tm 510tp but what do you think about the fusion?

I had the chance to putt with both and like the gss model better than the ss prototype but it is one of the best putters scotty they look great so easy to line up the balance is perfection and is smooth all the way to the hole i coud'nt miss with it everyone should get one of these i think it greatest thing invented since titanium driver heads. sweeeeeettttt!

how does it compare to the callaway fusion how big in cc's is it and is it legal for usa great looking club though.

its was supposed to be out in mid may but got pushed to mid june due to they cant get the heads made quick enough special parts to make and i live in so.cal and heard from the man himself so ther you go these are hands down on of the best store models scotty has ever built besides his beautiful tour stuff but you know about that stuff you have to escrow for 90 days to pay for one ha ha (joke).

what do you guys think is a better iron the mr 23s or x blade cb i have the 23 love them but always look for the new bew tourstage stuff let me know im looking for xblades maybe also who can get them?

yea thats a great deal two bad i had a couple of sets but sold them for a great price i think golfnut got one of them of i cant remember one had a couple of rounds and the new ones went for 825 and thats way low lucky i got a great deal from a rep 850 with ns shafts is a huge deal buy them quick. there about 950 if your lucky only 500 issued in the states from what im told.

Mine sets square which is 14 degress has a great sound solid feel and bombs one of the best ive hit. especially with the nv shaft
