Im back and I've decided I want some muscle backs. Im looking for the gauge design 05 mbs preferrably with 1150 tours. I know my set cost a couple hundred more than the MBs in the same condition but i really want to try these MBs. These are custom mizuno japan y-stamps 3-tier set. 3-5 are Mizuno Japan only mp-27s 6 and 7 are Mizuno Japan mp-30s 8.9. and PW are Mizuno Japan mp-37s Grips are mizuno logoed tour velvets standard size Shafts NSPRO 950S Standard Length Id rate them 8/10 in my scale. Bag chatter on the sole Im really looking for some very good conditioned MBs so I don' feel so bad letting this set slip through my hands. I think I'm losing in this trade but who knows. Willing to let go of these for some Gauge NC-1s(studio handmade either one is fine for me) preferably with 1150s no reg flexes please. I have a set of custom Japan M stamp combos with Y stamp for the tour serial #s. They consist of 3,4,5,iron are mp-27 the 6,7, irons are mp-30 and the 8,9,pw are mp-37 's. They have Nippon Nspro 950 stiff shafts. These are pics from the previous owner(thanks) and i babied these so these are pretty much how they look like. I reccomend these for swingers that like a solid click sound off the ball. This is just a drop dead gorgeous set that always gets attention from people who have never seen mp27s before, let alone such a perfect flowing combo set. I really babied and got teased for using headcovers the irons will come shipped in orginal mizuno box with for separation and plastic covering. I have a set of custom mizzy's with nippon 950s in them. The kicker is there y-stamped because there tour. 27,30,37. I'd put them at 8.5-9. id pay for the difference if you think there should be pm me for pics.

with them being very forgiving im just wondering are they hard to work. Im really considering trading my custom miz set for these.

chris do you know why gauge never does goose necks on the ansers. are plumbers necks more for performance or stability issue

I have been playing the machine made NC-1 version for many months now and I must say they are the best CB's I have EVER hit, better than the MR-23 CB, Srixons, TM's by Miura etc etc... I purchase one of every Japanese club and also the U.S domestic clubs that get rave reviews, nothing compares not even custom mizunos. For those of you who think im just trying to push my product....I cant even get the NC-1s anymore, the back order is too large in Japan. They are by far the best feeling and most forgiving players CB available. jeez that face picture looks like it could cut someone with that point. Im really considering testing these for next seasons gamers. these can't be mixed with mb's right?

Please, Give me a break!!! You think current diamana isn't for hard hitters? Then how come Tiger is using this exact shaft for his driver and FW. elnino82 You really think Tiger plays stock Diamana's? :wink: i would believe so except its tipped to flex like a baseball bat(i think 1.5-2 inches is the current number going around). If im wrong and its some special made shaft like the one fuji made for him than thats cool too but you can make the diamana play well for almost anyone. btw chris whats with the stock shaft in the FW wood.

i have to agree this is the most pimped-out iron set i have ever seen. i think id need some payment plans to buy that set. jp
