I just bought some scratch OTRs the japan ones. After looking at pics of his "supped up" maru's i would say that his marus are by far the best wedges i have ever seen IMO. If they perform half as good as they look they must be pretty damn good. Anyway i dont got the :money: like chris so IMO the scratch OTRs are just as good. Love the finish on my wedges too!!!

i guess your right. I think a 9.5* is just fine for any person who swings 110-125(according my launch results that is). As for the open face issue. I bought my ignite and it sat square(fine by me). As you know retails are way off a lot of the times. I heard tiger's ignite is 7.5(maybe 8.5 now) but hes tiger. I guess its all about carry now. Plus the shaft can do wonders to a retail 460.

hey i have the 460 ignite and i dont consider myself too slow a swinger. Looks fairly deep at address. need to work more must get latest and greatest :D

i know a lot of pros use lead tape above the hosel and below the grip to change the swing weight. I was wondering is okay to do this with my irons too.
