NS Pro 950s are great shafts, super smooth just a bit too high for me. There's a NS Pro 8950 for the North American market that I liked better. A little heavier and lower torque than the 950s. I'm considering for my Onoff 247s either SPB stiff, Modus 3 stiff or C-Tapers R+, I play my irons stiff and 1/2" or 3/4" over 38" 5 iron and swing weight can be an issue. Any thoughts? "

I think they're was a Fuji full boron but it was really high torque, not what you're looking for.

This mallet is safe here with me, and it's awesome.

There is a new/reworked PX iron shaft, lower spin, better feel and less vibration. No doubt it's in response to the C-tapers, just not yet available.

I used to play lighter shaft at 46". I now play my drivers at 44.75" and heavier shafts and they work better for me.

Sounds like the C-tapers or the SPBs is what you're after. The new PX blacks might be something if they fixed the feel and vibration issues.

I have a set of VG3s with C-tapers in them. Very forgiving and the C-tapers bring the flight down nicely, you need a gap wedge for sure. I know a couple low single digit handicappers that swear by them. Point and shoot, my problem with them and the same with 800 pros is I get lazy because they are so easy to hit. I finally found another set of Onoff 247s and these make me slow down and put a good swing on the ball. I end up shooting better scores with the Onoffs, of your list I'd go Onoffs then fourteens IMHO.

For a forgiving players CB the Onoff 247s can't be beat IMHO.
