I like your way of looking at this "hobby" Rather than condemning our steel and graphite obsession you put it in a healthy and positive perspective seeing how it benefits all parties involved. Personally I don't see anything inherently wrong with copying a pro's choice of clubs so long as you at least get those clubs fitted to the particulars of your swing and so forth. I think getting clubs to fit is half the fun in our quest to improve. :cool:

Also you'd have to consider how often they change their clubs and manufacturers (Phil, Tiger, etc.)...oh...wait a minute...actually I think the average ho on this board probably changes clubs more often than most of the pros so you might just end up saving money building a bag similar to your favorite pro. LOL

The 680's rather than the 670's should solve your problem, as long as you don't mind blades as a change of pace. LOL Mine are the blades. :wink: I was considering the 680's but I'm leaning towards the 37's but it'd be great if I could compare the two side by side.

Thanks Breal. Yeah, I'm definitely looking for blades but I had heard the MP-37 and the Titleist 670 were lower COG so they produced higher ball flights. But I never tried them except in the practice net. I changed my shafts last week (Rifle 7 to DG X-100) and this helped some but I'm definitely looking for an even lower result.

Are your MR23's going to high? they have a pretty high C.O.G, Project X shafts should help keep it boring also. Yeah they do. But I just put some X-100's in and that has helped a lot. When I think about my old set of TM 300 forged irons with Flighted Rifle 6.5's they had fairly decent trajectories. Any other irons with a low trajectory? Thanks
