Hey well i was wondering if anyone was able to hit the new PRGR 900MD irons yet. They look really solid and i'm looking into them. If anyone has a review, that'd be great. -mzod

i like steel in my utilities so i put a 950 in my 3 wood for added consistency. When i tried it out i really didn't like it. It seemed harder to hit, esp off the fairway and there was a loss in distance, which is expected. If anything i suggest a heavier graphite shaft. But that's just my opinion, some people actucally like steel.

i love my X-DRIVE. i think PRGR makes conforming models also.

Over all it's a really solid driver. Inorder to really expose it's great capabilities, you must be a fairly decent ball striker. When you do hit it good, you can really see why this is such a solid driver. The speed it comes off the face is unbelieveable. Distance and carry is awesome. Put in a Mamiya Axiv, and you got a winner. Liked it much better than the M-65, which is not at all a terrible shaft, just not for me. Cosmetically it's a beauty, except for the headcover which provides minimal protection. I highly suggest this for the mid-low handicapper due to the forgiveness factor. Never tried it with the TXD-70, but i can imagine it's a deadly combo. Any reviews btw?
