  1. Its just a different face profile and shape. All RC's have that hollow feel, kinda like the GAF1 by Gauge Japan. If you want solid at impact the FST+ is king of the ring and X-ST #2. FYI rumor has it there is a new utility by tourstage called the X-UT coming late 2005 early 2006. It will probobly be lower launching with a deeper face. this x-ut, going to replace the f-ut?
  2. PRGR is the way.
  3. you could always bend them if they're forged.
  4. chris hows the 750 in it?
  5. sometimes what causes my slice is that on the back swing i take my right elbow way too inside. Thus on the downswing it gets stuck behind, opening the face and causing my ball to slice. A great drill i found was gripping the club and having your arms outstretched. Keep your arms straight out and turn, using your torso. From there adjust slightly so that you're in the position that you would be in at the top of your backswing. Another cause for slices is not getting your left side fully out of the way, which hinders the right side from having a proper release. hope this helps.
  6. so taipanli, what's the verdict on the X-ST?
  7. so chris any more information on these? i.e. when they will drop?
  8. Check out this new wedge by prgr. :surprize: can you say bump and run? more at http://www.yrc.co.jp/prgr/japan/wedge/r35.html yo chris, what's up with this wedge?
  9. give her some japanese import clubs and it'd be off the scale.

no sorry i haven't tried it. However i am just suggesting the axiv w/ all the happiness it has brought me. I've never hit the mw64, so i really have no idea what it's like. Maybe it's really great or maybe it just sucks, but i do believe that the axiv will be just as good if not better, especially with the cutting edge technology in its design. But if money is really an issue, go ahead and buy the MW64. But if money isn't that great an issue and you're willing to spend a little extra dough, i highly suggest the Axiv. I'll pretty much guarntee you won't be disappointed.

why don't you go with a different brand?
  16. mid. I didn't know what kind of trajectory i'd get with the shaft, so i played it safe and went with a M. The flight i get now, in my mind, is perfect. It's not soo high that the ball baloons, yet not so low that you get minimal carry. It's great with and against the wind. I think it's relatively easy to control the height based on the conditions.
  17. HOORAY HOORAY. FINALLY SOME PICTURES. yo those wedges really do look like the x-wedge. perhaps just a custom stamping? idk. any better pictures chris?
  18. just got the 1150 <x> in my GD NC-1 heads. This combo is cash M-O-N-E-Y. Trajectory is nice, and feel is exceptional. even gained some yardage.
  19. i say go with the 7572. i'm loving it.
  20. btw what are you playing now?
  21. mine was about a 110 with the speedstik, it was the heavy one. So i went with the 7572M. previously i had a GD M-65 <X>. My suggestion for you would be the 6572. i think it would suit you well. depends what you want weight wise though.
  22. I know there has been alot of praise about this shaft already, but i gotta vent my happiness out. This shaft is the best shaft i have ever hit hands down. I recently put the 7572M in my 405 xdrive. This combo is incredible. It took awhile to get adjusted, but once i did, bombs started dropping. I swear i gained atleast 15-20 yards. This shaft is gold. Great weight, lively, and very stable. I highly recommend this to anyone in search of the perfect shaft.
  23. more shallow than the F-ST????? Looked deeper in the comparison. Dude, I own both. We're also speaking of the F-ST+ and not the original F-ST (which I had owned as well). The F-ST+ is a deep-faced fairway wood. The X-ST would be of a more conventional depth. i see. so what's the review?
  24. My vote goes to Gauge Design, PRGR, and Tourstage.
  25. nike t60 looks more deep.
