  1. I know most people dont have access to a server. Maybe I'll set something up on our poker leagues server so people can upload their favorite golf pics. We have a lot of bandwidth to use, and as long as it doesnt get abused, I dont mind. Chris
  2. When did TSG become an online dating service?
  3. Pics? golfjunkie at gmail.com Thanks Chris
  4. Wow... This is just strange... I was going to make this EXACT same post... PM Easy first, I'm second in line :P I was putting this afternoon after class with my BG MOI. I just cant stand it any more. I dont want to look down at the mixing bowl on the end of a shaft anymore. I just kept having flashbacks of my black thunder. You've got good taste
  5. Any chance you'll break up the set? I'm only interested in the 2 900s.

I need a set of 6.0 Royal Persicion Rifles.. 3-pw Anyone have a set? A couple of my 6.5s broke while in my trunk  and think I'll just put 6.0s in the set instead of reshafting the broken irons. Maybe even project X's if someone has them. Chris
  7. I played there about a year ago. Its within a race track right? They have a unique tournament that they run all day long. I think it starts at noon and they start a new one up 30 mins after the previous one ends. It was a small buyin, but the rake was huge. It was something like 45 dollar total entry fee and 15 of it went to the casino. I played 3 tournaments and enjoyed myself. They also have a few live games but if I remember correctly there is a state law the governs the limit. I didnt sit down at a live game. It could be a dangerous place for a addicted gambler because they have offering wagering on the races while you play. Chris
  8. The ones with the insert? They look like JPX's Chris
  9. Whens the release date for the DFI? Whare are the shaft options?
  10. PM sent.... This is why I love getting back into golf. Good reason to buy new sticks! Chris

Bahahahahahahahah ahahahahahahahahahah hahahaha ahhahahahaa!! If there is one thing I love, its watching Kascopro go postal as he has to pay DM on the putting green... Man, I miss those days of 2 ball 21!!!
  12. Yes, he can. I'd send him a PM for details. I bet we'll see more details in the expo thread. Chris
  13. It wouldn't make you look guilty in any way, IF you were able to produce authentication. The only thing it would do is increase your resale value. Doesn't seem like a legitimate reason to keep the auction up to me. I don't know why you decided to pick on me. I voiced my concerns, and followed them up with an apology. Go back to folding sweaters and driving the range picker. Some day you might move up from assistant. Until then continue to sell your PUD items and refinished putters on ebay to make ends meet. Sincerely, ASS
  14. rt2566, If thats the case, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. We are just looking at for TSG members as a whole. It looks very similar to those putters Joe refinished and doesn't bare the standard tour markings. I'm not sure what your time restrants are, but your resale value will greatly increase if you send it into the studio. Might be worth the wait. Chris
  15. I'm trying to decide if I want to buy MY old putter back... Like Joe, I am 99% certain that Joe refinished that putter for me about 3 years ago. He did a newport and a Santa Fe during that run, then did 2 del mars for me during his black oxide run. I'm searching through my old pics as we speak to try and find the ones I used when I sold it. I'm not a scotty collector so I don't claim to know more then the average Joe, but I have never seen the factory stamp a tour putter under the hosel. My guess is the ebayer is a user of one of these forums and could clear it up. He's sold everything from mid rescues with fujis to import tourstage wedges. He was probably lied to when he purchased the putter. Chris
  16. True Chris :spit: But I have to sit in front of a PC 8 hours a day , and it sure is refreshing to come home and not have the problems here that I have at work all day long . :smile2: I hear you.. If it comes down to just chillin on line you really cant go wrong with the little ibook. Doubt you'd want the ibook at work. They're still not completely backwards compatible, no matter who tells you they are. Unfortunitly, majority rules. Until Macs are the majority in the work place there will be a lack of software and support. Now how am I going to talk the rest of the members into signing up for the league. I know your Mac users have an excuse, but whats holding everyone else back from a free poker league? We've had to push back the first tournament back a week because of a lack of players. Hopefully we can talk others to sign up. If anyone has questions or concern please send me a PM and I can help you. Chris
  17. Yeah, but you cant do something as simple as download an online poker software. :spit:  I was an original mac user. Left them for PCs. Recently gave them another shot and purchased one for a loved one. I'm still not going back just yet. For most peoples day to day use they're great. They just don't fit all my needs..
  18. Well back in Sept the only excuse I had was no one to play with. I moved out to a new school and the only golfer I knew was a 56 year old gentleman that couldn't break 90. Now I've got this stupid stuff called snow to deal with... As far as the 1am.. Check my posts after that, 4am... I've got kidnet stones and the last thing I can do is sleep. I pitty women considering this is the closest thing we can bare to birth pains, and they claim those are 5x worse. The best part is being able to get legally and moral high off narcotics (pain killers  ) Chris

Its hard to generalize the the added distance gained from .83 to .86. It will be different for everyone. It is completely dependant on ball speed, spin rate, etc. If you want a rough estimate divide your average driving distance with a .83 driver by 83. Then multiple that number by 86. That is a very rough estimate using the basic law of averages. The real numbers will verygreatly from user to user. A golfer with a lower spin rate and a higher launch angle will have the most advantage. Golfers with high spin rates will see very little distance gain. The higher rebound rate will just add more spin. I personally have a gain of about 10 yards when I switch. I have played with Demolitionman many times and he gains at least 15 yards when he switches to a .86. Chris
  20. A little trick.. If you're looking for a Japan specific item, instead of searching the US google, search Japans google at google.jp Their site is http://www.gaugedesign.co.jp/ DemolitionMan had one years ago. It had a pretty hot face if I remember correctly. The only thing I really do remember was that it was purdy from address  I beleive they're pretty reasonably priced as well. Its pretty hard to navigate the site if you cant read Japanese so here is some help finding the woods. http://www.gaugedesign.co.jp/Products/Prd_FW.html Chris
  21. If all else fails, let me know. I'll take them. Chris
  22. The 301s look sweet. As far as size, what are they comparable too? Also, how much are you going to dent my wallet for when I order them :money: I haven't been this turned on for awhile  Chris
  23. She was on the Howard Stern show a few weeks back. She's hot, but not in the big chested dirty, pornstar way. Chris
  24. You could steal my driver and I probably wouldn't notice. I've played once since August and it wasn't even with my own set. Chris
  25. Macs are really getting a lot better. I used a Mac back in the Day of the Macintosh 128k. I upgraded to a Macintosh Plus after that, but then PCs started getting big and it was obvious that they were going to be the way of the future. For the last 15 years there hasn't been a reason for me to look into a Mac, but the new OS is starting to grow on me. That little 12" powerbook is a great value, and if you have very few needs outside of the basics its a great choice. There are actually a few sites that Mac users can use. I'll have to find out which ones and I'll post the link. Chris
