Its very likely you'll do that, and thats kind of what its designed for. Some people enjoy lite putters, others preferr heavy putters. I'd rather be able to replace a plug then deface the putter with a terrible lead tape job. Chris

Just like the old Zebra. Its weird how things seem to re invent themselves. I've always wondered. How well do the high priced putters sell in Asia. Obviously they must do fairly well, or they wouldn't be on the market. People here in the states get worked up when they have to pay 189 for a Scotty. Many retail stores would get laughed at if they tried to sell a lot of Bridgestone stuff at their suggested retail. I guess thats why they dont. Never the less, its looks like a great putter. I like the simplicity. Does it come in center shafted? Chris

I saw the other post about poker and thought I'd test the waters.. I don't know if everyone else has caught the bug like I have. Seems as though there is poker on everynight of the week. Every casino is opening more and more poker tables. Its becoming a pretty popular game. I've spent sometime online playing. Its kind of fun. Not that same as live play, but not bad. I figure golfing and gambling kind of go hand in hand. Anyone else out there playing online? If so, which sites and whats your nickname.. Would anyone be interested in getting together a few nights a month and shoot the s**t? We could even set up a private table just for TSG members or even do a private tournament. I've seen other forums do similar and I think their members have enjoyed it. Some have even brought prizes and bountys into their games for a little more excitement. It wouldn't be hard to set up. If there is enough interest in here we could probably talk Chris into posting something in the other forums... Chris

Whats strange is as of yesterday the antibacterial hat has become the #1 recent best seller in the catalog. Thats kind of scary.. I actually have a few pair of the socks with toes, but I don't wear them ot play golf. They're just a nice warm pair that I wear when I'm skiing. They're a little hard ot get used to. Wow... Those look like great fakes.. In the past I've seen a few fakes, all of them stood out. Wasn't to hard to tell the difference between them and the real ones. Whats the best way to tell the difference with these?

So the whole poker thing is sweeping the nation. Everyone's playing.. Seems like everyone I know got a poker set for Christmas. Everyone is having home games, going to the car clubs, and online sites are booming... I don't think it'll be long before you'll see some of the female players in playboy... Here is one of my favorite females: She plays a lot of poker online. She only recently started playing in casinos. Many very good online players have a hard time converting their play to live casino, or also known as Brick and mortar casinos. It may seem like the same game, but its not. If she can get her B&M play to be as strong as her online play, she'll get some TV air time this year... Its no rumor, G-field is already getting things setup in the states. It will be the same designs as 2005 Gauge Japan which will be revealed at the Tokyo golf fair in late feb. The quality will be exactly the same, the prices will be lower for sure and only 50 pieces of each putter will be made for 2005. I do expect a couple putters to be forged steel CNC'd to cut down on costs. No exact release dates and the proto's will not be made till late Jan. Chris, Will the putters be produced here in the states? If so, where?

Make it an 8.5 and get rid of the "johnny" mark on the top of the crown and I'll take it.... jk.. Johnny is a top notch ho.. Always buying and selling... Nothing to worry about.

If you're looking for a hot, beuatiful, and great feeling smallish driver then I highly recommend the Tourstage RX-1 Type 315 (or its younger sibling, the X-Drive 325). I'd chose the RX-1 over the Kasco Tour 10 out of 10 times. I would choose a Kasco 10 out of 10 times over a Xdrive. Not even close. They are sweet. Similar to the other Tourstage CB's in that its very hard to tell from address that they are a cavity back. Very nice looking set. I too can't wait for DM to track down his first set. I'm sick of just lookin at them at the store :spit:

Its a magazine from Japan. Every year they do a summary of WITB of most of the masters players. The pages are split up into 4ths and each section has a head shot and a pic of the bag. There is also specs, but its all in japanese. DM and I hit up the book store last Thursday. They had 10. DM bought 4 of them.... :surprize: Chris

Rob, I was speaking with Chris about this very subject. He can get almost ANYTHING you want from both US and Japan. Retail, custom, and tour. They're all obtainable. I don't want to quote prices, but I'm sure he can do that. If you're interested, their customs are amazing at a reseaonable price for something thats hand made for each customer. Chris
