  1. I would be interested in looking at the NS Pro putter shaft range also.
  2. :smile1: Guys just a follow on from the rifle versus ns pro post. Under normal circumstances it would seem logical to lose distance with all clubs due to age (putter excepted). However due to technology, initially the ball and the driver, my driving distance has remained relatively similar for 30 years. Now to the point at hand. I have a set of MP11 and love the heads. When I first bought them in 1992 (yeah, I know I've had them a long time) they had DG S400U shafts in them. At the time the 7 iron went approximately 170 yards (155 metres, the courses in Australia are measured in metres). As the years went by I started to lose some distance with them. About 5 years ago, I had them reshafted with Rifle 5.5. My distance returned. Just recently I began to lose distance again, and resigned myself to taking an extra club. Based on the responses from my last post the NS Pros will once again return the distance to my irons. The club heads provided on the TSG web site are the best in the world. What's really interesting is once you have great heads, they can be tweaked, not only now, but also as you age by simply getting the right shaft for your age and strength. Now all I need is a decent short game (I've got some great wedges, just need to use them a bit better) and some laser eye surgery (the eyes aren't as good as they used to be).
  3. Is there any particular type of putter shaft that is a little bit snazzi or does everybody play the one that comes with the putter. Obviously there are a lot of different grips. The Iomic ones look pretty cool.
  4. :smile1: Thanks for the feedback.
  5. The Diamana shafts feel extremely weak just waggling them. Seems like most of us would need an X.
  6. Guys for those of you who have used both the NS Pro shafts and the Rifle shafts, how do they compare?
  7. :wah: What happened to free trade. Let the people have what they want, from whom they wish to buy it from. With due respect to everyone concerned, I don't think the custom versions are flooding the US market. And the people keen to get their hands on a set will work out a way to get them. Let Chris carry on as normal. The patrons of the site enjoy the service he provides them.

All you sellers seem to have one of these in YOUR bag. Please give us a review of your thoughts on the club. I have a bag of Mizzys and Bettis. Dare I say it, the utility club is a generic. I hit it well, but it doesn't look any where near as good as the Mizzy UX2. I also see you guys are playing the NS Pro shaft as opposed to the graphite. Is there a reason for this. Really just talking myself into parting with the cash. :money: _______________________________ KZG Gemini 9* Bang-o-matic 15* UT 5000 19* 4-PW MP 11 52,56,60 Bettinardi BB BB2
  9. Well where are the pictures?
  10. Well done Chris, you create some of the best forums. Could you pm me as to what the postage to Australia would be on a Mizuno UX 2.
  11. Snazzi bag

  13. Guys, any ideas on the cpms for the vrious weights and flexes in the Diamana shafts?
  14. My vote goes to the KZG Gemini. the driver has a great shape and the revolutionay "double face". Mine goes long and straight, feels good all over the face but spectacular out of the sweet spot. I currently have a Harrison Pro 2.5 shaft. I am interested to get your thoughts on the Diamana shaft. I have been thinking of getting a Diamana in my KZG. Jedi, any photos of the drivers you listed. Particularly interested in the one with the custon face angles.

Guys, correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Mizuno manufacture Mizuno. The irons for as long as I can remember have been number one on the Darrel survey. I remember Tiger changing from Mizuno to "Titleist" irons. Just after the change he had problems with his distance control on his short irons. No surprises seeing TSG promoting Mizuno. Hey didn't Garcia play them before turning pro? I've had my mizzy MP11s since 1992 and I'm a club junkie. Just can't find anything I would be happy to replace them with, and let me tell you when the swing is on-song the are absolutely deadly.
  16. Good to see Bob is still making some putters. I have a BB2, and have no doubt the putters produced by Bettinardi are easily the best in the world. What else can I say, but congratulations on the new model.
  17. Poor old Tiger (or any other sponsored pro) would be jealous. Great set. How do you like the XXIO 52 degree wedge. Any chance of some more photos of the club? I notice both XXIO and the Vokey have concave soles. What advantage does his bring to the club?
  18. Just sensational  Phil
  19. Now that you know what blueprinting is, could you explain it to me. I'm really interested but have no idea. Phil
  20. Any ideas what the cpms would be on a 45 inch Diamana 73gram stiff shaft?
  21. Most of the top ten, Tiger included, are using the Diamana shaft. Could somebody give me some idea why it is so good.
  22. Is the 1000cc driver conforming or non-conformimg? Ho ho ho....... only joking! Just goes to show, the bigger is not necessarily better.
  23. Any pics on the Mizunos?
  24. How do the Nippon shafts compare to Dynamic Gold and Rifles. I currently play Rifles. Interested in your opinion. Nice bag...some pics would be good.
