Its called the "Pinch Putter" manufactured by Stonehead Golf. The two legs prevent the face from twisting @ impact along with evenly distributing the force along the face making the whole face the "sweet spot" or so I have been told. My old man has one and it's a decent putter. I think it really picked up a few years back in Korea. The quality isn't exactly "Scotty Cameron" or "Guage Design" but it is quite innovative and have been told that it works well. Hope this helps.
