  1. folks, can anyone give me some dvise of the difference of the following two sharts: 1) Diamana S63, and 2) GD Tour AD M65. it seems like their specs are very close, currently, I am using Diamana S63 in my Srixcon W505, thinking about a new driver, yet, Diamana is not a shaft option for it, therefore, I would like to know if Tour AD M65 is a better shaft for it, or at lest about the same. thanks a lot!
  2. anyone can provide some feedback on the difference between Iron Wood vs driving iron?

it can be done as long as you have some pro to do it. I had mine done about 9 weeks ago ...
  7. I would definitely agree with the 1150 but if you want to maintain a lightweight feel to the shaft, the 1050s are not bad as well. Thanks for the review on the i505s. If only they'd custom install NS 1150s at the factory I would already have a set! I think I agree with both .... yet, my goal of getting a this set of iron with 950, after a long study, is to have a easier swing with light weight feel but still keep my distances. therefore, with all I am taking from this new set /shaft, I don't might be giving out a bit. I am still getting use to the distance now, I still have the same distance in my 3 & 4, but about gain 5 yards from 5-PW. when I play into the wind now, I don't have lots of choices as I used to, but a low punch to keep my number ....., but soon, I will know how many more I need to add in all the into wind shot..... overall, I like this set of iron so much ......
  8. Okay, folks, here is the review for srixon i505 iron with nippon ns pro 950 GH s shaft, as well as crews golf triple sole wedges (53 & 58) with ns pro 1050 s shaft I got those babies in Japan while I was on a business trip there. Srixon I-505: Nice address position, thin top line, reasonable offset, good appearance with high-end club qualify. When I make my very first swing with 9 iron, immediately felt its light weight and fell in love with it. 30g less weight in the shaft than my original PRGR (rifle 6.0) really makes my swing much smoother and easier, especially the long irons, with deep tungsten weight, help a high trajectory with carry distance. The impact feels really soft, and I can really feel the ball stay in the club face for a very quick moment, which really help me to deliver a much compact swing to work the ball around, from normal high fade to a low punch. most impressively, those irons work really good from long rough, especially with mid irons, I got 9/10 within 170 yard from rough in three rounds. Distance wise, due the the softer and lighter shaft, I gain a bit distance as well, most in mid irons, which allow me have more reasonable gap between them, now my 5 iron is 190 yards, which’s about 5 yards more than my old PRGR but with much easier swing. The only thing I might complain a bit is the high ball trajectory, which might be due to the facts of: 1) low center of cavity with tungsten weighting deep in, 2) softer and lighter shaft compare to my old iron with Rifle 6.0, and 3) my upright swing path. I think it might be even better if I got ns pro 1050 shaft for it. Overall, there is nothing to complain, especially with a very good price for it, I think I will keep this set of iron for a very long while ..... Crews Golf triple sole wedge: Never really heard Crew Golf before I saw one one. The first impression I had was – ha, funny name -, yet, the name might be kind of funny, but not those sweet wedges ..... I also got two wedges (53 /8 & 58 /9) at the same place I got my srixon at Tokyo, those wedges have a small club head with black finish which really makes its tour look. The impact is softer than you can believe, I think it is due to crew golf’s CR-forged technology, you can feel the ball and the head truly, and the control is unbelievable – really easy to spin it or lob it, especially in bunker. I think this is the best wedge I have even hit. I wish I can post my pictures here to share with everyone, yet, just have no idea how it can be done. Yet, here is the link to the companies web page, you might can find out more info there.
