Excellent condition Cleveland 588 TG (tour only) wedge in satin finish. 60* with nice heel grind. Looking for $95.00 shipped.
  2. Excellent condition TM 580XD Tour with TM graphics Six shaft in X flex. Looking for $425.00 shipped. Would like to do partial trade on an R7 Tour...
  3. Having hit or owned most of the clubs listed, I'll dive in on this one too. I believe there are players blades and CB's (MR-23's, Miura, etc.) and GI irons (BB's, Ping I3's, etc.) and almost a separate category that is somewhere between the two. This is where I'd put the GD irons. I've owned MR-23 CB's, TM CB's and both Pings and Callaway irons and currently have a set of Miura blades and GD CB's. When you first look at the GD irons they clearly look bigger and different than a more "traditional" set of player CB's. Hit them a few rounds and the more traditional irons start to look pretty small in comparison. Add to that the forgiveness and feel of the GD irons and they are really hard to beat. A good comparison would be in drivers. I currently play a TM 510 DF and remember how big it first looked compared to a 975D. Now you look at the 975D and it looks SOOO small in comparison. In the final scheme of things, getting used to the look of the GD irons is worth the additional forgiveness and feel you'll get from them. Truly great irons.
  4. I have to agree with FAQ. I've had both, and although the looks of the Tourstage is awesome, the performance of the GD is not to be believed. They are a larger, more offset blade, but really perform well and are SOOO forgiving. Just make sure you get the right shaft and take some time to get used to the looks.

  12. Just got my M2+ proto putter from Chris. Oh my god, what a piece of artwork. It rolls the ball beautifully and feels great. My search for the perfect putter may be over (for this week at least!) On a separate note Chris's service is simply awesome. the putter went out the same day 1 ordered it and arrived in less than a week thanks Chris!
  13. The Tour proto Eldik & M2+ proto sold in several hours this morning :money: :-D :smile1: :smile1: :smile1: Aren't you the guy who verified that Todd had f***ed me over on that X-Drive 350 on BSG? Todd deleted the thread showing exactly what I ordered and proving me right. Even though there were members who privately verified that I was 100% correct, none of them dared speak out in "public"... Did you buy both Gauges? Just the M2+...I don't remember the details on the whole X-Drive incident, but do remember that there were 2 X-Drives available at the time and I bought the other one. I agreed that I thought the one that was shipped to you wasn't what was advertised...

  17. I have to agree with Ethan. I've tried the putter several times, and really like the way it set up, but it's completely dead feeling.

    Price drop...
  19. A couple of options...It could be that the existing shafts have weight plugs in them already but you'd have to pull a shaft to find out. You could shorten the shaft a little bit (1/2" = 3SW pts. I believe so 1/4" would probably do it.) or you could counterweight it with lead tape under the grip.
  20. I don't have pics taken at this point, but it looks just like the standard MacGregor version of the putter with the custom work Bobby did on it. I'll send photos to the buyer to confirm condition...
  21. Bobby Grace 6.5k CS putter with tungsten back weight and screw in weights. Total head weight 365g. 33.5" in length. Mint condition. Asking $225.00...OBO. Thanks for looking!
  22. JC's the best....

Set of 8 (3 - PW) Nippon 1050 X shafts that were hard stepped in a set of Miura irons. Mint condition with standard specs. (37.75 in a 5 iron) Plays like an X flex (Nippons are soft to flex) I love the shafts, but need something a little softer, so I'm going with S's hard stepped. They'll be available to ship next week. $150.00...
  24. I have a 540XD Tour (with the XD on the sole, not the prototype) 9.5* in loft with a Aldila 75X shaft with TM graphics. I'm interested in trading for a 580XD tour either 8.5 or 9.5. Would consider head only also. Let me know!
