  1. One of the hottest shafts in JP right now. And the 1st shaft ever offered by Miz as an after-market shaft. There are quite a few Players under contract with Competitors putting the shaft in their Drivers. Imagine if you will a TM or Titleist driver sporting a Miz shaft
  2. The "Pro" model is a lot like the "Comp EZ" model in regards to players hanging on to them. Everytime I do a Fitting Day, I always have 1 or 2 people coming to me about their Pro's or Comp's. The Comp might be the most sought-after club Miz has. Everyone who has them is always looking to get more. And you couldn't talk them into a new set of Miz's if you tried!! But to answer your 1st again. It really is 1025c. Great set of sticks!
  3. It is 1025 carbon steel. Rest assured!

When you ain't got nothing left to sell, you start looking for new avenues of advertising! What's next? Switchblade Tees!!! BTW! I don't mean Miz doesn't have anything else to sell...I like what I do for a living!

Ok!!! I know!! It doesn't look exactly like it. BUt having worked for the Hogan Co. years ago, My 1st imprssion was... Very similar! More meat on the lower part of the CV cavity.

The 67's are pure blades. The 32's have a false cavity in the back(Cut Muscle) which give it a softer feel and slightly(very slight!) more forgiveness. Go to mizunousa.com to find a demo day near you. You'll be able to tryout all the different models. Then comes the good part. If you decide on Miz, Chris can order you the real cool custom options. The Logo'ing that we can't get here.

MP-32's Can't go wrong. You get extra forgivness over the 14's without losing any of the playability. Get them while they're still around.

  10. I really feel like chimming in here, but...
  11. I'm looking for a new PC. I'm trading any new set of Mizuno irons with almost any specs(except Project X, Graphite shafts or specs not offered by Miz). I will only do Biz with someone or shop located in the San Diego County area. Please PM for PC specs. Trade value dollar for dollar.
  12. Chris, S25C(also S20C, ect...) is proprietary to Japan(or was). It is heat-treated different than 1025C. It is said that it "Feels" softer.
  13. The "P" shape is fantastic. Reminds me of when Titliest knew how to design drivers :tsg_smiley_laughatyou:
  14. Great post Chris. On a side note, one should realize that you don't feel the club. You hear it. Forged feels better because the sound is softer. When Wishon masked the clubs, He accidently dampened the sound a little. Hence, a lot of cast club manufacturers use dampening devices in the cavity of thier clubs. Remember Cleveland V.A.S.
  15. You really don't know you're validating my point. You can't improve if your fighting your clubs. If your clubs aren't fit right, then you can't generate a proper swing. Do you really think that clubs that are too short or long aren't going to effect your swing. Any Teacher worth His skills will tell you so. Are you trying to say that if your grip is wrong it doesn't effect your swing, no matter how good or bad you are. If you're trying to work on a draw, and the grip is to big, will it not effect your potenial. You're fighting the club. From a beginner to a pro, a fitting only enhances your game. How hard is it to hit the ball if the club is 1" to short. How many lessons will you take and how many hours will you practice, wasted, before someone tells you the problem is nothing more than your clubs are to short. All that time topping the ball or hitting dead right. And, most importantly, a fitting is free from the maufacturer. No cost to you! I'd rather fit a beginner who listens than a "pro" who knows it all, only for Him/Her to be proven wrong in a blind test. If you don't get fit because the fitter can't see the potential, then you'll never get fit. Remember, in golf, We are always trying to improve! Hence, We are alway keeping our eye on the "potential". If you can't see that, then you'll always be fighting your clubs and blaming them.
  16. You can't fit for the potential. That's like asking for someone to sell you a car based on how many tickets they think you'll get. We can't see the fututre. This is the type of client I was talking about. If you can't hit the ball today, don't came and get fit today. We fit based on all the specs. Height, Arm lenght, Hand to floor, blah, blah, blah... And most importantly, the ball flight. The only true indicator of someones swing. How is your swing going to be in 10 rounds? Who knows! You don't, I don't, your instructor doesn't. Getting fit properly in the first place saves a lot of time and money for the customer. Why? Because, once you've been fit right, about the only thing that might change is the lie angle, unless some dramatic change is made to your game or physical nature. To think otherwise is wrong.
  17. Chris is 100% right. I've been saying this for 18 years+. For some reason, people buy clubs of the rack, and then can't figure out why they don't play as well as when they hit them in the net. I'm the clubfitter for one of the largest club manufacturers in the world and you wouldn't believe what I caome across. I'm going to throw some out there. Call it rules of fitting if you'd like. 1. Don't come to get fit if you're in the middle of taking lessons or making swing changes. What you get fit for may not be the same as when you are done with your adjustments. 2. Don't ask to be fitted if you know your swing is off. You're wasting our time. 3. No! We won't give you a discount. Period. 4. Please listen to what we ask you to do. There is a reason for it. We are the ones "Fitting You". 5. Too many more to list. If you really want to get fit for certain brands of clubs in Southern California, contact Chris. He can give you some info. Big Mack
  18. In the USA, you can't do any. In Japan, yes. Talk to Chris.
  19. Holds more Beer! :tsg_smilie_whistle:
  20. ALL Mizuno Forged clubs are made in Japan! From start to finish. There is no exception. Please enjoy responsibly.

I will agree with except with price. Not everyone that comes on this site can afford Epon. They could arguably be the most expensive clubs to come out of Japan in a long time.

Have a serious look at the MP-60's. Same great feel as the 32's, but more forgiving.

100 views and nobody wants to give up a set? C'mon, work with me.
  24. LOL. Don't need to. The fixed weight version is for outside the US. The movable weights we saw here is scratched. We are not going to get either type. We got hosed for a new driver this year.
  25. The photo's of the MX-25's should be up in about 2 weeks. I'll try to have some later this week.
