BST Pricing and Deals
I likely will get beat up on this post, but it is timely. I seldom rant and rave, but feel compelled to now. The question is "What is the right and wrong price to list/sell something for on BST?" "Is there a right or wrong price?" Background I have been part of the TSG community since 2006. I have bought and sold many items throughout the years. Some rare. Some limited. Some that I lost the love for. Some I never had it. I have always looked at this community as a place to discuss JDM equipment and other relevant information. I have seen many new people come to later disappear. All in all it has been a great experience. Chris and Tario have always been very helpful and accomodating. Opinion TSG is a small community. It has its core group of forum participants. We like to discuss and share information about JDM products that isn’t easily obtained from anywhere else. We all know that we buy equipment hoping we will like it, etc. Mostly we do not have a great place to go and demo equipment. So we rely on each other's opinions and experiences to gain knowledge. This knowledge simply is not available anywhere else. With that brings a family community rather than one we see elsewhere. We are a small group. The BST of equipment has been interesting to watch. Typically a TSG customer buys the equipment from TSG. They get a good price that meets or is lower than that in the pro shop. They use the equipment, then either keep it or put it up for sale. In most cases, the price reflects it is used equipment. If new, it is priced fairly at purchase price or less. A buyer may or may not buy at the advertised price. I have had numerous "limited' items during my TSG life. I have always received more than fair pricing from Tario and Chris and NEVER have they increased the price if the item is "limited" or "rare" or "on short supply." Although they are business owners, they haven’t ever taken advantage of this in anyway. In fact, they personally have given up their own personal orders so to fulfill a customer’s. It burns me up when "we" as members of TSG, who got fair prices from Tario and Chris, feel it appropriate to sell an item for more than we bought it for. I understand the laws of supply and demand. However in the TSG, we are family and we should consider passing on our equipment at a "fair and reasonable" price especially since we bought it at a "fair and reasonable price." We all our willing to take information and discussions from our fellow members without payment. If we are paying each other for advice, etc. then Stew could retire. The same goes for buyers. If the equipment is listed for a more than fair price, I can’t stand when I receive a low ball offer. It is insulting and I will never sell to you for that. You can disagree with me or not. You can argue supply and demand and all that crap. However, take a minute and think of how many times you have been helped by each other for free. Consider the benefit of passing along equipment for a fair and reasonable price especially when you bought it for one. If not, I give permission to Tario and Chris to raise the prices for limited/rare items as well as when supply gets low. It is only fair.

Talking about a typo. It is 9.5 NOT 10.5. I can't change the BST for a few hours because I am on my phone.

Epon Personals Mk2
I can understand everyone's concerns, but Porsche and ever other high end manufacturer makes some sort of limited edition to later cone out with another package of sorts similar to the previous with some minor tweeks. They don't produce more of the same again, but re badge it with minor mods. None of them destroy the design never to resemble again.

Shipping to Australia from USA
I am trying to ship a 43 inch shaft to Australia from the US. The post office is saying that Priority Mail has a length limit of 42 inches. Express is 36 inches. My buyer says he has received shafts from the US before. Has anyone shipped a box like this to Australia? If so, how?

S-Yard T. 388 - Who Has Ordered?
I ordered today. 10.5, square face, SR stock shafts, 45.25 inches. Stock head weight is 195g and Tario said Endo said adding to much head weight would alter cg. Who else has ordered or will be?
- WTB: Crazy Black CB46 6.7 driver shaft

Nippons Modus 3 Tour
I see this is a new offering coming in February. Apparently more accuracy with good feel is the claim. Any news? I won't need them because I am happy with the Recoils.

The Recoils and Aerotechs end performance is similar but better feel and kick with Recoil. Both very very accurate. Likely just cones down to preference. I think the Recoils plus the Personals would be crazy soft.

2013 Yamaha V Forged Tour Build - **UPDATED**
Installed UST Recoil shafts and have review on Aerotech vs. Recoil. See below link. Summary - Recoil Proto F3 and F4 models (95 and 110 approx weights) - Great feel, super performance. Lively and controlled. Make clubs easier to hit. A winner. Let me add that I continue to support that the Yamaha irons are just spot on scoring irons. Not the soft Epon feel, but crisp and positive. I believe they are forgiving and am surprised with the results after a missed shot. The Recoil and Aerotech shafts woke these monsters up even more. However the Recoil shafts are my choice because of feel, kick, and stellar performance in all regards. I haven't been more excited to get out on the course than I have this year.

The answer is no problem going back to a. 355 shaft however they will need to be shimmed etc. Also buyers are finicky so you may run into issues finding a buyer if you should sell heads later.
