I had a 3 and a 5. Too blasted tough for me to hit consistently. I had the HKpro-80's in them too. It's like the little evil sisters to the Maru US Spec Driver. Beautiful but... bitches.
  4. Birdie, These are as good as it gets. Longer than the 200 steels that I keep around. Very forgiving too. Put a good shaft in it and it's a great club.

Not a problem at all. It's done all the time.
  6. Great!, we love Poker and welcome you.

Putter, I've never heard of soft stepping Woods. They are always cut to length and I don't see where it's even applicable.

Are you sure you are talking about FourteeN's? Here's a link to their site... http://www.fourteen.co.jp/products/wedge/index.php

Soft Step means when you put the 2 iron shaft into the 3 iron and the 3 iron shaft into the 4 iron and down the line... That's when you soft step ONCE. If you hard step you go the other way... PW shaft into the 9 iron and on up.

Right, I remember that. Here's another good source in case it takes a long time for Hogan to get back to you. LeaderBoardGolf has the current info. Those guys are good! Here's some numbers... Technical(about products) 1-901-948-8190 Local 1-901-948-8190 Out of state orders only 1-800-489-9898

I'm pretty sure it's .370, but why not just call up Hogan? The phone number is on the website.
  12. Just to give you a picture...
  13. Wow, hats off to Joe for an incredible job. We always knew that Joe walked on water, but now we know he is an Avatar! :surprize:
  14. Beautiful Bag Chris, I bet they play as well as they look too! That driver is really nice! Is it very forgiving? Thank you for posting those and it's making me think about digging deep!

    Sure
  17. Rice - the Taylor Made R7 has 4 weights and their placement techniques is a good way to see how more or less weight in different positions influence the trajectory and right or left. Explore the Technical part about setting up the weights at this link... http://www.taylormadegolf.com/r7/ Then, use lead tape instead of the screws for the same results.

  23. FAQ replied to miz14's post in a topic in Japanese Golf Clubs
    Thanks Miz! Great photos!
  24. While I think the Z101's are very easy to hit, these look like a cross between the X CB's and the 202's. They look great and with a good sole to keep from digging. Looks like a winner to me. Chris, why only offer the 5-Wedge in the catalog? It looks like the long irons would be cake.
  25. Vincent, of the clubs that I have hit and owned, I'll say the KZG Gemini and the Cleveland Launcher 460cc Comp.
