I should be getting the demos this week.
  2. The GR Forged doesn't come out till October, because of that Tourstage hasn't sent me the demo yet.

S try the RC TRC, its available from RC with DI7 and DI8 shafts. I play one now and its awesome. Compact, very straight, very good feel.

S, The Quadra will give you better direction and trajectory than the Fubuki. You already know very well that it is one awesome shaft.
  5. I'm going to try and get it up this week... more pics to edit, some rating charts to make as well... I think I will add both TM irons as well...

That site obviously sells all counterfeit and fake golf clubs... buyer beware!

Nope I checked and the 9w has the fw on it as well. The fw's are gone from the pro shop as they are discontinued and the new one is about to launch with 5 7 9 woods. For a utility, there are so many to choose from!

I'm the one who received the Baldo sample it was cheap looking. They may have improved it as that time they were rather new, but the finish was not good at all and did not reflect the price of that driver. The P-Tune has been very popular here in Japan and has a small underground following from those who like Pigeon Golf. It's considered an Otaku golf brand for those crazy about golf and unknown brands. The owner himself is golf crazy and loves golf so much... which bodes well for the heads designs. I should ask for a sample perhaps to try. T

I have a feeling it was installed incorrectly as the FW80 is on the softer side for Crazy, either that or you went for flex way too stiff. It is also a higher launcher the FW80. It should NOT be tipped for 13 or even 15* lofts.

the 17 is built with the M40 as a custom order. Not a problem. The quadra would rock on the spoon! All the following shafts are available directly from PRGR in 42.5 to 43.5 lengths: GD Tour AD DI-6 and DI-7. Flex is S & X. GD QUATTRO TECH 65 Stiff and X-Stiff GD QUATTRO TECH 75 Stiff and X-Stiff GD QUATTRO TECH MD6 Stiff and X-Stiff GD QUATTRO TECH MD7 Stiff and X-Stiff GD TOUR AD EV6 Stiff and X-Stiff GD TOUR AD EV7 Stiff and X-Stiff Diamana ilima 60 and 70. Flex is S & X. Diamana Kai'li 60 Stiff and X-Stiff Diamana Kai'li 70 Stiff and X-Stiff Diamana D63 Stiff and X-Stiff Diamana D73 Stiff and X-Stiff Fujikura motore speeder VC6.1 & 7.1. Flex is S & X. The FW80 plays a touch softer than the Black 50 but still very stable. The 50 is the most stable shaft but if it's too stiff it will go right. The 80 series is more for performance. I had two FW80's in my clubs. Loved them and actually they helped me from going left.

C, the M40 shaft shouldn't be considered a drawback... it's not a bad stock shaft. It just happens to be the wrong choice for you. Based on all your alternatives the M40 is not even close to the right flex. It's rated for just around 90mph while all the others you listed can handle 105mph. Naturally it's lighter, softer and higher launching. Why didn't you opt for M43 around 97mph?

That's correct the 13 15 17 have no FW on them as they are Spoon models. The 5 7 9 however all have FW. That egg on ebay looks good but I doubt its real as it has to have the fw and why is it shafted with an aldila and being sold as new. No manufacturer uses that shaft in Japan unfortunately.
  14. Definitely night and day... but both perform great!
  15. Yup Golf 5's house brand... which is why they push it so much as nobody else really carries it. Made in China and considered more of a budget brand, bit hey if it works for you, that's what counts.

The first gen spoon is hardly considered shallow. There are many much shallower than the Spoon. If you've followed the forum you'll see it has been long regarded one of the best if not the best fairway woods of the last 2 years. (^_^)
  17. I'm sorry but I'm still a fan of small Japanese super performing sports cars coming from a couple of MR2's (MKII Turbo and MKI Supercharger) in the past... They had gone to wagon only the last few years but the WRX STI sedan returns! I think I'll get one... haha.
  18. Video is up on the blog finally... gonna do a video now for the VG3, videos are fun. (^_^) http://www.golftoimpress.com
  19. Nope not out yet... gotta find out why they have been delayed so long. Will talk to Iomic Monday.

C as I noted on the blog a few times the sound and feel are completely different from the first generation. Much much better. Crisp and more FW like. I'm going to try and edit the sound videos today.

It should say PX-03fw as they all do. If it doesn't it may not be legit as it is confirmed fake 1st generation eggs are floating around. You can send me a pic.
  22. After receiving the VG3 and seeing how good it looked I decided to walk over to the range and hit a few and snap some pics in the back yard... I am very impressed and I will tell you now I like this iron a lot. It's very well made and finished, typical Endo, the cavity and back face look awesome. I'm not a fan of the mirror finish on the back face but thankfully the top line, sole and face are very very nice milky satin. Once again Titleist Japan worked with Titleist USA and it shows because the offset is just right on this iron. This iron will appeal to the better player as it sets up well, very balanced and pleasing look. The top line is a little wider than say the V Forged or ONOFF Plus but it doesn't ruin the look, it still sets up great. Sorry I couldn't wait to post on the blog as I got so excited over these... I may have to order a set as the graphite Motore 60i is a great match. I have both 950GH and Motore 60i here and I really like the lightweight of the graphite, which turns this into a performance iron with awesome feel. Pics here before the blog!
  23. I have the iron here now. I am impressed. It loooks very good. I'll try and blog on it today if I can get out and hit it.

I already got mine but I pre ordered in July!! So far feedback from those who pre-ordered first and received have been very good... The egg is also being featured in many reviews around Japan now and the feedback is very very good.

Demand for the new egg spoon has been far more than PRGR expected especially with the Fubuki. They did not build enough at launch and we were pretty disappointed in the number we were allocated. So far those who have gotten theirs are very happy with the performance. S, sounds like you are as well!
