fairwayfinder
I just got a 15 deg Hotmetal head, and if I could design a 3 wood this would be it. I have not hit it yet but WOW it looks great. Has an anti dig leading edge, medium profile, some small amount of rails, a heavy head and a nice ting to it. Shafted it with a TRTI and got a nice D4.5 swingweight. Thing looks killer. Who has played one or who plays one now, what did you think? +TourSpecGirl
Im kinda confused, Are these not many years old? Did the U.S just release them?
judge-smails
Im kinda confused,Are these not many years old? Did the U.S just release them? No, they have not been released in the US and yes they are not new this year. However, I think a lot of people love them and they have proven very hard to come by. You don't hear a lot about them here, or anywhere else, but what you hear is always great! I think they are the best looking and best "sized" fairways I have seen. tickyboy
Well if anyone is interested I have access to a ton of these things used and new. Definitely interested! PM with any f-150 if available. That has always been the best fairway wood I've laid my eyes on, why can't mizuno release that kind of stuff in Canada/US? TMack
Can someone comment on face angle (square or open, I hope!) and performance? Ballflight, feel, ease-of-use, etc. Thanks! -TMc
naylit
Easy to hit, square faced and an excellent feel. If you hit one good, it's definitely an awesome feel. Very long off the tee or the deck. Ballflight will depend on the shaft installed.
