January 14, 200520 yr comment_72705 Yup.. that looks like the 05 Xdrive to me. Wonder if its the 405 or the smaller one.
January 14, 200520 yr comment_72722 Its the 405, he started using it at the bridgestone open 2 months ago in japan.
January 15, 200520 yr comment_72812 Man my ho sickness is going so bad, I'm confused what to get this is crazy. lol
January 15, 200520 yr comment_72827 Hmm... Bridgestone J33 or Tourstage 405? Choices, choices... what should I play this season? They both look great, the J33 seems to have a more metallic sound that Tourstage drivers of old. Wonder if the 405 will have the same muted sound or follow the J33. Can't wait for the new drivers to become available.
January 15, 200520 yr comment_72863 The J33 Driver and Tourstage 2005 X-Drive are very different. They differ in size, feel ( turbo rubber ), shaft options, and most importantly the material is different. The J33 is a cost effective version of the X-Drive minus all the fancy's Maru is using the M65 shaft currently in his Driver and M266V reverse weight flow NSpro's..

I dont have any access to the U.S bridgestone stuff. I focus on the JDM products only.

January 17, 200520 yr comment_73142 this might sound stupid, but reverse weight flow of NS shafts???? heavier on the long irons?? what does it mean?? any advantages??:-D Thanks in advance~
January 17, 200520 yr comment_73143 Chris, I was looking at the x-drive 405 today and spoke with the rep from Tourstage. There may have been some communication issues ie. English/Japanese, however according to the rep the 405 is face neutral but has fade internal weighting. Do you know if this is correct?
