jboy
Start off with some gear that Chris might be able to get pictures and info on from Mizuno, cutting edge stuff in it's day. Mizuno White Fang (an 80's Graphite headed blade, probably all the sets have been trashed and binned by now), very expensive, i lusted after a set of these as a 16 year old kid! Can't find any pictures on the net of them. Mizuno TP2000, ( limited edition Euro PGA tour tiny box blade with some crazy bronze looking finish on them ) Mizuno made a gold colored Ti driver head with a gold shaft, can't remember the model number (TI-700??), late 80's mid 90's... think it retailed at $1500 +
corky3
I remember the TP2000s.... I saw them when the Open was played at Birkdale(when IBS...Irritable Bowel Syndrome?, won)... I think Sandy Lyle used them at one point. They were ace!
fernmeister
there is one thing I would pay top dollar for... ...that is a gap wedge made as continutation from the mp30 PW. i am loving the mp30 set and just wish I had a GW that had the same look and feel!!! Sam-Tee-Time
This CAmeron Newport II ProPlatinum with Floating Face. I like the "Newport II" headstyle much better, but they don't make any with the (Beach) Sound Slot for the public.
rlheiman
Not overly rare, not all that old, but no luck finding a: Titleist bag CBS41 Black (maybe not mission impossible, I was offered one for $375-that is just too much for me.)
K2_2
I would love to get a set of Maruman Conductor Blades ~1993-1995 with their factory Parsec GX graphite shaft a la Laura Davies (that head and shaft combo was tour only and virtually impossible to find, even back then  ). As for other things... where do I begin :smile1: ?

cypesesj
Not all of them went to trash. I've just got a full set from my father in law and actually using it. A bit too worked (cover pattern has disappeared in some parts) but still great clubs. Could you tell me something more about this clubs? Have tried to find information in Mizuno's website, but they dont ever mention it.
xxio
Anyone looking for TN87s 3-GAP wedge? :tsg_smilie_whistle:
Phillip Alexander
The Mizuno S30s seem to have played hide and seek with me for along time. I think the TN 87s were just great. I did manage to purchase a Honma Twin Marks Dual Attack 15*. It is a real beauty. :tsg_smilie_wah: If you really want to cry, just look in a Japanese tour players bag, particularly the ones with a Japanese club sponsor. I've seen inside a couple of the Japanese Mizuno Pros, and you won't find the gear any where.
vandercharks
Anyone looking for TN87s 3-GAP wedge? :tsg_smilie_whistle: That would be a sight for sore eyes. :tsg_smilie_wink: especially mint ones. I would say the Cobra Blades that are in the bags of Ogilvy, Poulter and Na.
Goldie
I remember the TP2000s.... I saw them when the Open was played at Birkdale(when IBS...Irritable Bowel Syndrome?, won)... I think Sandy Lyle used them at one point. They were ace! I have a set of TP2000 heads 2 to SW. unfortunely the 5 iron is missing and they are pretty well used. If any one is interested please mail me Mizuno made 2000 sets of these irons and they were only for the European market.

No 266 I think, and never played with. 1-sw with Nippon original shafts. I also have the certificate that comes with it. I think the colour was called "Champange" AND it happens that I have the driver in my basement, Mizunos first titanium driver from 1989. Original lether headcover but it has been used for a couple of years. I also have a Mizuno wedge RF80 from the 112th Brittish Open and a classic blue/blue/white Nick Faldo signature Mizuno bag. I think only 500 were made. I'm thinking of putting them out on e-bay or do we have any interest here? I can get some pictures of them if anyone is interersted. Phillip Alexander
Well it's a new year, and my first nomination for Ho of the year is SPUS. Man, that is some absolutely fantastic stuff you have.
NiftyNiblick
Toward the end of the season just past, I had use of a PRGR TR-X505 3-wood. I don't usually play a 3-wood, but this one was 16.5° and very playable. I would get a pair of these in a heartbeat if I could get two matching ones with the lofts, lies, and face angles that I want. So far, that doesn't appear do-able with anybody but Zeider or Louisville, but if PRGR has the specs you want, and you like a nice, verticle descent that stays put instead of bounding into trouble, it's pretty tough to beat this club. paulheger
jboy Mizuno White Fang (an 80's Graphite headed blade, probably all the sets have been trashed and binned by now), very expensive, i lusted after a set of these as a 16 year old kid! Can't find any pictures on the net of them. Just saved a brand new set of White Fangs from the bin. Never been hit, with the stickers still on the faces and soles. I will upload some pictures from them later. Does anyone have some more information about these clubs??
