matt411
Chris, what are the specs on this? it is perfect! Edited December 10, 2005 by plus1
+TourSpecGolfer
Yes it is an awesome putter, This is what I have in the bag right now! its got a 360 gram head via the two tungsten ingots located in its face which also prevents head twisting. The plumbers neck really helps me out as I have a bias toward anser putters. It comes with the NS Pro 130 gram putter shaft.

I really like this putter also, but I am not a fan of the plumbers neck. Chris, would you reccomend the M2AL+, or the M4AL, or something else? I like this type of mallet look. Also how does the insert compare to one without it? Thanks in advance. Happy Holidays!

Wich I would have got that, instead of the older M4 pro series.

matt411
I pulled those pictures off of gauge's website. Insert appeared to be on the production model. It did say new though. But ofcourse...its in japanese. Can you get the non-insert with the plumbers neck??? Thanks in advance. :tsg_smilie_smile:
baimo
Baimo, how do you like the insert? Have you tried any other Gauge putters without an insert, if so any differences? Thanks in advance. :tsg_smilie_smile: This is the first Gauge Japan I have ever owned. I have gauge DW inserts and no-insert. I tend to like the feel better of SS without an insert, but I really like the way this putter looks with the insert. I am puttting very well with this(until the snow came) and I only have had it a few weeks. I personally think the non-insert would fell crisper and that is the feel that I like the most. I have had several Bettinardis with and without inserts and every time I end up thinking the DASS with no inserts are the best feel.
