Carlton's a great guy and all, but when it came to product consistency and issuing refund's to unhappy customers, things didn't go as planned. Half of the 57* prototypes didn't have mill marks but the others did meaning some of customers recieved 52's with and 57's without the milling. Poor quality control and unreliable business practices have made it difficult to continue selling Chikara. I apologize for this guys.

This is unfortunate, because I almost was ready to buy some of his satin wedges.........but I was a bit disappointed that no custom grind option was a possibility, when ordering wedges in the plus $300 price region.

I am, but I'm always on the lookout I may in fact order another custom built trio of Scratch wedges in Satin Nickel - they look stunning in that finish with custom grind and custom stamping. Just have to get my new 3 Scratch into play (only have had 5 rounds with them so far) and test the grind and what I might need to have changed on the new grind on the next set, I'll order for the 2008 Spring season. So far I'm pretty happy with the modified M grind on my Lob wedge and the DOG grind on my SW and LW....but you know how it is. Always looking for small improvements in my game. And YES! I also visit my swing coach 2 times a month What's your user name on WRX BTW by the way ?

I am talking about the face, the rest/shape looks the same, but I was hoping for a closer product on the retail side...maybe I am incorrect...this is not to bash the product though...wouldn't provide a different feel, or that is not affected?

October 4, 200717 yr comment_142558 no not yet. they don't look too different than the 201. i'll wait and see what the new blades look like and maybe make a combo The Cb-202 have greater bounce and won't dig as much as the Cb-201 did. It's like the Epon Type J and AF-301, they look identical, but small minor adjustments have been made to the Cb-202 head to make it a bit more playable from rough and from softer fairways.
